‘TAKE 5’ DNL #16: NOV 2019; ‘TAKE 5’ REPORTS A POSSIBLE $1,000,000 CRIME TO THE CCSD TRUSTEES. THE CCSD FILES FOR A HEARING FOR COSTS & FEES FROM ‘TAKE 5’. AFTER 4 YEARS, THE QUEST FOR THE TRUTH OF MY INSANITY SAILS INTO THE AUTUMN OF 2019. IF TIME PERMITS, STOP IN & OR PASS IT ON, TO LEARN THE TRUTH.
For those of you who are loyal, part-time, or first TIME readers of the Nick Feher ‘TAKE 5’ Foundation Facebook page, welcome again inside the Quest For the Truth of My INSANITY. The plus 4 year Quest now sails into the Autumn of 2019. My GRATITUDE is once again sent to those who follow our page, including readers that have acknowledged the ‘Truthful Contents’ of our writings. Total servings of words equal about 11,200. If most of the Images appear ‘Hazy’, it is done with intent. It is to represent the ‘Haze’ permeating from the ‘CCSD Quagmire of Stank’.
Before the story is told, My Circle of Energy(CoE) deserves my GRATITUDE and a ‘SHOUT-OUT’ for providing the Fuel for the Quest of the Truth of My Insanity. This Circle includes God, the Holy Spirit, the ‘Little Guys’ inside MA&2B, #12, Tom-Tom, and the 4 Musketeers. The Enchanted Forest, aka Piazza Lounge in the Tuscany Suites/Casino sends Queen Noir Nightingale, the Angel of the EF, Sir Charles, King Saul, Captain Billy & the Princess Nati, the Stanford Man, Dino, the Alchemist, the Trio and many others. The 3 Amigos, GM, N8, V&V, My 2 Angels of Insanity-Compassion & Passion, and other Angels disguised, as Humans are also included.
It is newsworthy to report that recently, Vixen Angel Passion has been removed from My CoE. Backdoor Messages showed that the removal may have been involuntarily or voluntary. If voluntary, Vixen Angel Passion Chaffee could have asked for a reassignment off My Quest. If involuntarily, the removal could be tied to a Higher Power, her boy-toy, and/or Vixen Angel Compassion.
It was Vixen Angel Compassion that brought Vixen Angel Passion aboard to HELP with the Quest and other issues. However, recent Backdoor Messages indicated that Vixen Angel Passion left the Quest some TIME back. Since Vixen Angel Compassion is a Potential World Class Writer, she created, wrote, directed, and produced ‘The Vixen Angel Passion Mythical SHAM of the DUET & TRIO’ to keep Vixen Angel Passion in My CoE. Until a Front Door Message is received, Vixen Angel Passion Cellobat Chaffee, who is a World Class Cellist has flown from My CoE on to Roads Not Taken with her Cello.
Unlike DNL#15, where the ending was shared first, DNL#16 will be told chronologically to HELP the READER decide if a $1,000,000 CRIME has been committed on the campus of Basic Academy/HS in Henderson, NV. The possible criminals include past and present principals of Basic Academy/HS with Scott Baker and the Southern NV Blue Sox, private baseball team. DNL #15 left off with an Elevator Ride with the Litigator of the CCSD. She confessed that Scott Baker & the SNBS were operating legally as a 501 (C) Tax Exempt Organization. This confession eventually resulted into a Request for CCSD Public Documents.
8/15/19
CCSD Public Records Department,
REQUEST FOR CCSD PUBLIC DOCUMENTS
On July 10, 2019, during an elevator ride at the Regional Justice Center in Las Vegas, NV, Melissa Alessi, Esq. from the CCSD Office of General Counsel shared information. She claimed that Scott Baker and the Southern Nevada Blue Sox was operating legally on the campus of Basic Academy/HS in Henderson, NV.
Her statement included that Scott Baker and the Southern Nevada Blue Sox was operating as a 501(c) Nonprofit Organization. Past Requests for all documents related to Scott Baker and the Southern Nevada Blue Sox did not produce this document. If the statement by Melissa Alessi, Esq. is true, then a copy of the 501(c) Nonprofit Organization Status for Scott Baker and the Southern Nevada Blue Sox should be on file with the CCSD Public Records Department.
Please consider this a request for a copy of all CCSD Documents that are related to the 501(c) Nonprofit Organization Status for Scott Baker and the Southern Nevada Blue Sox. Include the school years, 2010-11, 2011-12, 2012-13, 2013-14, 2014-15, 2015-16, 2016-17, 2017-18, 2018-19.
If Scott Baker and the Southern Nevada Blue Sox has been operating under a different Non-Profit Organization Status at Basic Academy/HS in Henderson NV, than the one Melissa Alessi, Esq mentioned, then also include a copy for the school years mentioned above.
If no copies exist for either request, could your findings and effort then be placed in writing.
Thank you,
George N. Feher
AUGUST 19, 2019, ‘TAKE 5’ WAS SERVED COURT DOCUMENTS REQUESTING ABOUT $6,000 FOR COSTS/FEES BY THE CCSD LEGAL TEAM.

Public Records Request
ON 8/27/19, ‘TAKE 5’ FILED A COUNTER MOTION TO DISMISS THE CCSD MOTION FOR COSTS/FEES. NEXT IS THE CRUX OF THE MOTION TO DISMISS.
COUNTER MOTION TO DISMISS; FILED 8/27/19
The Plaintiff, George N. Feher requests a Motion to Dismiss the Defendants’ Motion For Attorney Fees And To Tax Costs dated 8/19/19 based on the following information. On July 10, 2019, Judge Joe Hardy Jr issued a ruling ‘Without Prejudice’ for Case #A-18-785265-C. Directions were given by Judge Joe Hardy Jr to the Defense Attorney, Melissa Alessi to draw up the legal documents summarizing the ruling. Instructions also included that the Plaintiff George N. Feher had the legal right to review the final Court Documents before signing off. It was also noted by Judge Joe Hardy Jr that if any disagreements should occur, hopefully ‘Common Ground’ could be found. At no time during the final directions by Judge Joe Hardy Jr were the terms ‘Fees and Costs’ for the Defendants mentioned.
The first time that Plaintiff George N. Feher heard the words ‘Fees & Costs’ was after the ruling on 7/10/19 in the lobby of the Court Building from Defense Attorney Melissa Alessi. Her rationale included that since the Judge ruled for the Motion to Dismiss by the Defendants; the Defendants would be seeking reimbursement for ‘Fees and Costs’ associated with the case against Plaintiff George N. Feher. Melissa Alessi also ‘Claimed’ that Judges have the option to waive a request for Court Fees and Costs. Her ‘Rationale’ also included an ‘Offer’. Before explaining the ‘Offer’, the Plaintiff wants to introduce a copy of an email that was sent to Defense Attorney, Melissa Alessi, dated 6/24/19.

The purpose of this letter is to serve as an Official Notification for reporting possible criminal activities that have been conducted and still occurring on the campus of Basic Academy/HS at 400 Palo Verde Dr. in Henderson, NV. As a Taxpayer and resident of Henderson NV since 1979, it is my Civic and Community Duty to report these possible criminal activities to your office.
Clark County Treasure Office will show records that I am a Taxpayer for Parcel Number: 179-09-105-006, Tax District: 505, Property Location: 332 Hull St. Henderson, NV. This property is located in the Basic Academy/HS Zone. The Statement of Tax Distribution will show that I have been paying taxes to the CCSD.
These possible criminal activities were discovered during the investigative phase for Case No.: A-18-785265-C in the Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County Nevada in Department 15. Evidence in the case shows that a private childcare baseball business identified as Scott Baker and the Southern Nevada Blue Sox (SNBS) was conducting business on the campus of Basic Academy/HS without the proper CCSD forms and documentations. The school years in question are the 2010-11, 2011-12, 2012-13, 2013-14, and 2014-15. CCSD Public Records have no evidence that the CCSD Policies and Regulations concerning the use of CCSD properties and facilities were followed by Scott Baker and the SNBS.
Without proof of the legal CCSD Public Records, Scott Baker and the SNBS operated illegally on the campus of Basic Academy/HS with the use of Taxpayers’ money. This is a violation of CCSD Policies and Regulations. As a violation of CCSD Policies and Regulations, the business operations of Scott Baker and the SNBS on the campus of Basic Academy/HS can also be perceived as a violation of the Nevada Revised Statutes, which governs Public Schools in the State of Nevada. If violations occurred within the CCSD Policies and Regulations and the NRS, then possible criminal activities have occurred.
Other evidence presented in the above-mentioned case shows that CCSD forms and documentations submitted by Scott Baker and the SNBS for the 2015-16 school year have been falsified and approved by the Basic Academy/HS administration. These approved, falsified CCSD forms and documents granted Scott Baker and the SNBS a ‘favorable fee’ for using the campus of Basic Academy/HS. This ‘favorable fee’ resulted in the Taxpayers’ money being used to subsidize the business operations of Scott Baker and the SNBS on the campus of Basic Academy/HS. It has also been discovered that as a private childcare baseball business, Scott Baker and the SNBS has been operating on the campus of Basic Academy/HS without the proper legal business licenses for the City of Henderson NV, Clark County NV, and the State of Nevada.
My duty as a Taxpayer and Resident of Henderson, NV has been fulfilled by reporting this information to Melissa Alessi, Esq., Lead Counsel of the CCSD General Counsel Office. As an Officer of the Court, it will now be her Legal and Civic Duty to do with the information as she sees fit.

Melissa,
Regardless of the results for Case No.: A-18-785265-C in the Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County Nevada in Department 15, the Quest For the Truth of My Insanity will continue with a few more Port of Calls. One Port will be the Nevada Attorney General’s Office with another Port of Call at the Nevada State Police Office. All necessary evidence from Case No.: A-18-785265-C and more, including the ‘Official Notification’ to Melissa Alessi Esq., will be submitted to their Offices as part of my ongoing Taxpayer, and Civic Community Duty.
The Nevada Attorney General Office and the Nevada State Police Office can then decide if Scott Baker and the SNBS followed all of the CCSD Policies and Regulations and the NRS. Once their investigation is completed, their Offices can then determine if possible criminal activities has occurred.
George
Next is a series of emails between the Plaintiff George N. Feher and Defense Attorney Melissa Alessi. The purpose of these emails will show that Plaintiff George N. Feher followed the directions of Judge Joe Hardy Jr to reach ‘Common Ground’ before signing-off on any Court Documents.
7/22/19
Melissa,
Your email with the Court Documents was received during the afternoon of Thursday, 7/18/19. However, it remains unopened until My THANKS are shared with you and the CCSD Defendants for your Gifts in the Lessons of LIFE and the Legal Jungle. Many Gifts were delivered, but this writing will focus on two. Each Gift occurred during our TIME before and after our shared Elevator Ride.
The Before Gift came during the wait for the elevator. It was your answer to My Question of, ‘What does “Without Prejudice” mean’? Your answer was, ‘I cannot share that with you’. My reply was ‘Thank You, I will look it up on the internet’. The After Gift was after the elevator landed in the lobby and during our walk and stop. The After Gift was the ‘CCSD Offer’ that included a rather small enticement in exchange for the ‘Forfeiture’ of my Legal Rights in any future legal cases against the CCSD concerning the Legal Issues for Case # A-18-785265-C in the 8th District Court Clark County Nevada.
My HONESTY leads the way, for your TIMING in the After Gift was well planned and extremely effective to garner a ‘Verbal Agreement’ with my words. While writing ‘TAKE 5’ Dream Newsletter #15, the INTEGRITY of my words as in ‘Say What You Mean’, ‘Mean What You Say’, and ‘Disagree Agreeably’ demanded attention. This ‘Attention’ then resulted in the writing of a letter to My Circle of Energy that is part of the Legal Firm of One-BUTT. Excerpts of this letter follow.

Circle of Energy
UPON FURTHER REVIEW
While constructing and writing ‘TAKE 5’ Dream Newsletter #15, the Magnitude of the Power of My Circle of Energy engulfed My IMAGINATION. It hit with such Force that THANKS are once again sent in your direction. The comments from #12 and GM echoed while writing the story. Since most of DNL #15 revolves around the writings to My Circle of Energy, rereading them brought JOY to My Soul.
This JOY opened up Roads Not Taken in My IMAGINATION, including a Mental Review of the CCSD Court Game. The term ‘Without Prejudice’ was played as a Tennis Ball during a match at Wimbledon. It was served, returned, sliced, slammed, smashed, lobbed, and hit with a variety of other spins. As the Tennis Ball demanded more attention, attention was granted with a trip to the internet god.
The internet god sent back the following, ‘Justice Schall of the United States Court of Appeals (Federal Court) wrote the opinion of the court in the 2002 case Graves v. Principi.
“A dismissal without prejudice is a dismissal that occurs without adjudication on the merits. The dismissal of an action without prejudice leaves the parties as though the action had never been brought”.
According to my understanding, this legally means that Judge Joe Jr Ruled that the CCSD Game was declared as a ‘No Contest’. Though each Team participated over 7 months, the Official Court Records will indicate that the CCSD Game ended in a No Contest. While sitting in the Ballpark of Umpire Joe Jr and listening to his Ruling and for the completion of the CCSD Game Legal Documents, most of the directions for completing and filing the documents were directed at the CCSD Litigator.
However, Umpire Joe Jr also mentioned that MA&2B (My ASS & 2 Brains) had to officially sign-off the CCSD Game Legal Documents to complete the Court filing process. He stated that if MA&2B had any concerns about the language of the Agreement, that those concerns had to be addressed by the CCSD Legal Team. He said that the goal was to hopefully reach ‘Common Grounds’ for an Agreement. A TIME frame to complete the Agreement was not issued. Nor, where there any Damages assigned.
According to Ump Joe Jr, the CLOSER though not hitting a consistent Strike Zone, did do his job. The CCSD did not score any runs, which caused the CCSD Game to be declared a No Contest. Judge Joe Jr found Merit and this Merit could be used to play in another CCSD Game. The No Contest also permits a new line-up card plus a new name for the CCSD Game. Instead of playing in a Game called Temporary/Permanent Injunction, MA&2B can now play in a Game called ‘Civil Damages’.
According to Investopedia, ‘Civil damages are monetary awards owed to a winning plaintiff by the losing defendant in a civil case that was tried in a court of law. Civil damages can be general, punitive, special or any combination of these.
General damages include payment for non-quantitative damages such as pain and suffering. Punitive damages include payment for damages caused by the gross negligence of a defendant. Special damages include compensation for expenses such as medical bills, legal costs, loss of income and costs associated with repairing or replacing damaged property.
Civil damages are granted in instances where a person has been injured in some fashion or suffered a loss that stems from the wrongful or negligent actions of another party. The intent of awarding civil damages is to grant a plaintiff resources that restores them to the condition prior to the occurrence of the injury. A full restoration might not be possible because of the nature of the loss. The plaintiff may have been harmed in terms of damages to personal property, physical injury or the loss of support and opportunities’.
While using the Fuel from My Circle of Energy and after consulting with my Associates from West Aliquippa, Vito and Michael Corleone, plus the other ‘Little Guys’ that reside in MA&2B, and God & the Holy Spirit, a New Game of Tennis will now begin with the CCSD Legal Team. With $100,000 or more for possible Damages, it is quite understandable why the CCSD Litigator was eager to complete the Final Documents. Umpire Joe Jr sent a signal that such Damages are possible with just a New Game with a New Name.
To prepare for a possible New Game Civil Damages, negotiations must complete the Final Documents for the First CCSD Game. The CCSD Legal Team has yet to submit the Official Court Papers for my approval. When they arrive by email, a Counter-Offer will be submitted when TIME & Forces permit. Included in the Counter-Offer will be the following or similar words.
‘In order for George N. Feher to sign any Legal Agreement for Case # A-18-785265-C in the 8th District Court Clark County Nevada, the CCSD must HONOR and put in writing the next 4 Addendums’
1. The CCSD agrees to pays any and all CCSD Court Fees and CCSD Legal Fees for Case # A-18-785265-C in the 8th District Court Clark County Nevada
2. The CCSD agrees to Permanently Expel Scott Baker and the Southern Nevada Blue Sox from the campus of Basic Academy/HS in Henderson, NV within 48 hours after the Legal Agreement is filed with the 8th District Court Clark County Nevada
3. The CCSD agrees to Permanently Dismiss Scott Baker as the head baseball coach on the campus of Basic Academy/HS in Henderson, NV within 48 hours after the Legal Agreement is filed with the 8th District Court Clark County Nevada
4. George N. Feher agrees to relinquish his Legal Rights in future Legal Cases with the CCSD for Case # A-18-785265-C in the 8th District Court Clark County Nevada (END OF LETTER)
With all of the above, My INTEGRITY with the ‘CCSD Offer’ has now been relegated to ‘Disagree Agreeably’. This designation has resulted in the unopened email from the CCSD Legal Team, which now in the current form is unacceptable for my Legal Firm of One-BUTT. However, if the CCSD Defendants are willing to include the 4 Addendums in a Revised Court Document that my Legal Firm of One-BUTT interprets as INTEGRITY & HONOR, then George N. Feher will sign the Revised Court Document.
If the 4 Addendums are not acceptable in the Revised Court Document to the CCSD Defendants, then the CCSD in another Revised Court Document can remove any language that pertains to George N. Feher relinquishing his Legal Rights for Case # A-18-785265-C in the 8th District Court Clark County Nevada. As far as any language for recouping Court Fees and Legal Costs requested by the CCSD from George N. Feher for Case # A-18-785265-C in the 8th District Court Clark County Nevada, the Legal Firm of One-BUTT advises George N. Feher not to sign-off on any such agreement.
To simplify the next course of action by the CCSD Defendants and the CCSD Legal Team, it is suggested to continue a Healthy Exchange of emails before a Revised Court Document is prepared. This will ensure that the Verbal Instructions of Judge Joe Hardy Jr will be HONORED as in ‘Finding Common Ground’. The current Court Document will remain unopened and considered ‘Not Common Ground’.
On a closing note, ‘TAKE 5’ Dream Newsletter #15 has been posted on the Nick Feher ‘TAKE 5’ Foundation Facebook page and an Image Enhanced Version on the website playinyourdreams.com. If your TIME permits, please visit one or both sites. On the website, just scroll down the Homepage until the story appears. The story was written with INTEGRITY & HONOR as it describes the Quest For the Truth of My Insanity. The Quest will wait for your response.

Mr. Feher:
Please advise if you are NOT willing to sign the order from the last hearing that we had. I have attached it once again for your review and approval to submit your electronic signature. If you do not agree to sign the attached, then I will advise the court of your refusal. If you fail to respond by the close of business today, I will submit the order without your signature.
As for our agreement that was reached after the hearing wherein Defendants agreed to forego seeking costs and fees in exchange for a full release from you, if you are backing out of this agreement, then Defendants will move for fees and costs, which you will be required to pay if they are awarded.
Defendants cannot legally accept your terms and the court has stated that you do not have standing to bring your claims.
I look forward to receiving a response from you.
Sincerely,
Melissa Alessi
7/24/19 6:10 PM
Melissa,
Unlike the requirements of your job to check emails daily, TIME & Forces dictate when I will open, read, and respond to emails. Your email was opened approximately at 5:20 PM, Wednesday, 7/24/19. Apparently the window to respond to your previous email has closed. Others will have to decide on whether I have intentionally violated Court Procedures, by not adhering to your demands. My previous email on Monday 7/22/19 clearly explains my assertions for not opening and signing the 3 original documents in the email received Thursday afternoon July 18, 2019. A ‘caution’ should not be considered a ‘refusal’.
After opening and reading the attached Court Order, George N. Feher grants his permission to electronically sign the attached Court Order.
Though ‘Standing’ may be lacking, ‘Merit’ remains in Play. Thank you for Sharing ‘Common Grounds’.
George N. Feher
July 25, 2019
Mr. Feher:
Thank you for your response. I have affixed your electronic signature to the Order and my office will be submitting to the Court today. You will be receiving a copy once it has been signed by the judge and filed with the Court.
Sincerely,
Melissa
July 25, 2019
Mr. Feher:
Are you still willing to move forward with the agreement we reached wherein Defendants would not seek their costs and fees associated with this case, which could be a couple of thousands of dollars, and in exchange you sign a release and stipulation to dismiss this case with prejudice? If so, I have once again attached the release and stipulation for your review and signature. We need your original, notarized signature on these documents.
Please let me know your intentions regarding this matter. If I do not have a response by Tuesday, then I will begin preparing Defendants’ Motion for Fees and Costs.
Sincerely,
Melissa

RESPONSE TO GENEROUS OFFER
Melissa,
Thank you for affixing my electronic signature to the Court Order and once again for your generosity in the Lessons of LIFE and the Legal Jungle. Perhaps as a non-bias Litigator, how would Melissa advise George N Feher concerning the ‘CCSD Generous Offer’? Which Road Not Taken would Melissa advise George to take? Would it be ‘Not Pay’ the possible CCSD legal fees plus costs & ‘Forfeit All Legal Rights’ with the CCSD? Or, would it be ‘’Keep All Legal Rights’ & ‘Possibly Pay’ the legal fees and costs of the CCSD? Keep in mind that Melissa, the CCSD Litigator, did confess that Judges at TIMES waive requested court fees and costs.
Question, ‘What is the Price that the CCSD is willing to pay for George N Feher to waive his legal rights against the CCSD’? Currently, the Price that the CCSD is offering is to waive possible court fees and costs. Even a non-biased Melissa might agree that since these fees and costs could be waived by a Judge, George N Feher could be relinquishing his Future Legal Rights against the CCSD Defendants for free. Plus, with over 4 years invested in the Quest For the Truth of My Insanity, it may be wise for George N. Feher to take a possible ‘Short-Term Loss’ for a possible ‘Future Long-Term Gain’.
In return for the CCSD Generous Offer, please permit the law firm of One-BUTT to propose a Reasonable Counter-Offer. Since George N Feher lacks ‘Legal Standings’ for a Temporary and Permanent Injunction concerning the Relationship between the CCSD with Scott Baker and the SNBS, the CCSD does hold ‘Legal Standings’. According to CCSD Policies and Regulations, the CCSD Defendants have the ‘Legal Authority’ to hire as they deem qualified to coach sports in the CCSD as an ‘At Will Position’.
The Reasonable Counter-Offer is this. If the CCSD permanently removes Scott Baker as the Head Baseball Coach at Basic Academy/HS, and upon reading the public news of Scott Baker’s dismissal, George N Feher will waive all Future Legal Rights against the CCSD provided that the CCSD Defendants agree in writing to pay for their own court costs and fees. Please consider that statement complete with the INTEGRITY & Honor of George N Feher as his electronic signature ‘with prejudice’.
George
(END of EMAIL EXCHANGES)
After no further email exchanges with Attorney Melissa Alessi for over two weeks, the Plaintiff kept true to his words that was spoken during his oral argument during the July 10, 2019 hearing. Part of the oral argument included, “It must also be noted your Honor, that regardless of the outcome of this case and as stated in an ‘Official Notice’ emailed to the Attorney for the Defendants, the Plaintiff will be seeking answers for unanswered questions from the Nevada Attorney General and the Nevada State Police about possible Criminal Activities concerning the CCSD with Scott Baker and the Southern Nevada Blue Sox.
It will be my Civic and Community duty as a Taxpayer to present evidence for others to decide that, ‘if proof of the legal CCSD Public Records does not exist’, did Scott Baker and the SNBS operate illegally on the campus of Basic Academy/HS with the use of Taxpayers’ money?”
The next email dated 8/15/19 was sent to the CCSD Public Records Department.

Thank you,
George N. Feher
On Monday 8/19/19, the Plaintiff was notified by email that a Defendants’ Motion For Attorney’s Fee And To Tax Costs was filed by the CCSD Defendants. Only the CCSD Legal Team and others employed by the CCSD can testify if the last two legal matters are related or not.
Based on the Email Exchanges, and other information provided, the Plaintiff George N. Feher followed the directions of Judge Joe Hardy Jr to reach ‘Common Ground’ with the Defendants. The Defense Attorney Melissa Alessi chose not to find ‘Common Ground’ and filed the Defendants’ Motion For Attorney Fees And To Tax Costs.
Justice Schall of the United States Court of Appeals (Federal Court) wrote the opinion of the court in the 2002 case Graves v. Principi. “A dismissal without prejudice is a dismissal that occurs without adjudication on the merits. The dismissal of an action without prejudice leaves the parties as though the action had never been brought”.’
According to the interpretation of Justice Schall of the United States Court of Appeals in the 2002 case Graves v. Principi, the Plaintiff argues then; that if ‘the action had never been brought’ no Attorney Fees and Costs could have been accrued by the Defendants.
The Defendants’ Attorney writes on Page 4 of 6, Lines 4-7 on the Defendants’ Motion dated 8/19/19, “Based on the papers and pleadings on file coupled with the oral argument presented in this case, it is clear that Plaintiff was simply attempting to settle a personal vendetta against Scott Baker and the Southern Nevada Blue Sox”. The Plaintiff argues that this statement is ‘Pure Conjecture’, for not one shred of evidence was ever presented by the Defendants to the Court to support this statement.
On Page 4 of 6, Lines 10-11 in the same Motion, the following is written. “In violation of NRS 18.010, Plaintiff brought his complaint without reasonable ground and to harass Defendants”. The Plaintiff argues that ‘reasonable ground’ should be determined by the Courts. And the words ‘harass Defendants’ is ‘Pure Conjecture’, for not one shred of evidence was ever presented by the Defendants to the Court to support this statement. It is also argued that the Plaintiff, George N. Feher was not once ever notified by the Defendants and/or other CCSD personnel in writing; that his actions of writing letters since the Spring of 2015 and the filing of Case #A-18-785265-C was considered ‘Harassment’.
On Page 4 of 6, Lines 11-12-13 in the same Motion, Melissa Alessi, and Attorney for the Defendants writes, “This Court should award the full amount of attorney’s fees being sought because this lawsuit was frivolous and vexatious”. The Plaintiff argues that this statement is a ‘Slap to the Face’ of the State of Nevada Judicial System, specifically targeting Judge Joe Hardy Jr. Judge Joe Hardy Jr and his Legal Team had the jurisdiction to stop Case #A-18-785265-C at any time during the almost eight months of court proceedings, but chose not to. Judge Joe Hardy Jr in his Court Decision, ruled ‘Without Prejudice’.
On Page 4 of 6, Lines 13-16 of the Defendants’ Motion 8/19/19 is written, “Plaintiff must be deterred from pursuing his baseless claims regarding this matter. Plaintiff has wasted the limited judicial resources and has increased the costs of the School District from providing services to the public in having to defend these frivolous claims”. The Plaintiff argues that this statement is again a ‘Slap to the Face’ of the State of Nevada Judicial System, specifically targeting Judge Joe Hardy Jr.
It must also be argued that the CCSD Defendants claimed in the Court Documents for Case #A-18-785265-C; that Scott Baker and the Southern Nevada Blue Sox is not an employee or has not ever been an employee of the CCSD. The Defendants when faced with a choice to defend or not to defend their ‘relationship’ with Scott Baker and the Southern Nevada Blue Sox, a private company, operating on the campus of Basic Academy/HS, the CCSD Defendants optioned to use Taxpayers’ money to defend according to Taxpayers in the Basic Academy/HS zone, a BULLY Operation that is Discriminatory, Unethical, Immoral and possibly Illegal. Also, it was Attorney Melissa Alessi who ‘claimed’ that Judges at times dismiss Motions For Fees and Costs.
On Friday, August 24th, 2019, the Plaintiff received a follow-up email from the CCSD Public Records Department of his Request For Public Documents. It was dated 8/23/19 and sent by Cindy Smith-Johnson, WAN 00155503. “Mr. Feher, Regarding the below public record request. Pursuant to NRS 239.0107, we are unable to provide the information to you within 5 business days. We anticipate a further response by close of business day on September 12, 2019, if not before”.
Based on the information submitted, and the ‘Claim’ by Attorney Melissa Alessi, that Judges at times dismiss Motions For Fees and Costs, Plaintiff George N. Feher requests that Judge Joe Hardy Jr dismiss the Defendants’ Motion For Attorney Fees And To Tax Costs dated 8/19/19. (END OF MOTION TO DISMISS)
NEXT IS A COPY OF THE EMAIL SENT BY THE CCSD OFFICE OF COMMUNICATIONS.

WITH MOST OF THE EVIDENCE NOW POINTING TO A POSSIBLE $1,000,000 CRIME ON THE CAMPUS OF BASIC ACADEMY/HS, ‘TAKE 5’ EMAILED THE FOLLOWING LETTER TO EVERY CCSD SCHOOL BOARD TRUSTEE AND THE SUPERVISOR OF THE CCSD LEGAL DEPARTMENT. IT IS TITLED, ‘LET’S MAKE A DEAL II’.
9/23/19
CCSD School Board Trustee
LET’S MAKE A DEAL II
My name is George N Feher, a former Teacher with over 33 years of practice with the CCSD. It is my Civic responsibility as a Taxpayer to report that possible Criminal Activities have been and are still being conducted on the campus of Basic Academy in Henderson, NV. It is estimated since the 2010-11 school year to the present that roughly over $1,000,000 has been earned by these possible criminals while conducting possible illegal business practices on the campus of Basic Academy.
These possible criminal activities were uncovered during the discovery phase for Civil Case No.: A-18-785265-C in the Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County Nevada in Department 15 with Judge Joe Hardy Jr. As the Plaintiff in the case, a Temporary Injunction without financial damages was sought concerning the ‘Relationship’ between the CCSD with Scott Baker and the Southern Nevada Blue Sox, a private baseball company that has been operating since the 2010-11 school year on the campus of Basic Academy in Henderson, Nevada.
This ‘Relationship’ is perceived by the Taxpayers in the Basic Academy zone as being a ‘BULLY’ Operation that is also Discriminatory, Immoral, Unethical, and possibly Illegal. To play high school baseball at Basic Academy/HS, it is estimated that each player/player’s family will be required to pay on an average of $21,000 to $25,000 over a 4-year period. While operating on Taxpayers’ property and the Taxpayers’ money for FREE, it has been estimated that Scott Baker and the Southern Nevada Blue Sox (SNBS) has earned annually since 2010-11 between $100,000 to $125,000 each school year. For the last nine years, Scott Baker and the SNBS has grossed somewhere between $900,000 and one million, one hundred, twenty-five thousand dollars.
Though the CCSD Defendants were successful in blocking my Temporary Injunction, Judge Joe Hardy Jr’s ruling included the words ‘Without Prejudice’. For the novice, Judge Joe Hardy Jr ruled that the CCSD Defendants showed a better defense, but the Case against the CCSD had ‘Merit’. Merit for a beginner, means that the legal door has remained opened for George N Feher and future litigation with Financial Damages against the CCSD. During the court proceedings, complaints, written motions, counter motions, and verbal arguments were exchanged.
In addition, other emails requesting the removal of Scott Baker and the SNBS from the campus of Basic Academy were sent to the CCSD Defendants’ Attorney Melissa Alessi. An email dated on 6/24/19, included the possible $1,000,000 CRIME. Litigator Alessi ignored the facts presented to her in the 6/24/19 email and proceeded to do an admirable job with her skills to block the Temporary Injunction. She stated numerous times in the court proceedings verbally and with the written word, that Scott Baker and the SNBS were operating legally on the campus of Basic Academy. Plus, during a shared elevator ride from the 10th floor of the Justice Court Building after the ruling by Judge Joe Hardy Jr, CCSD Attorney Melissa Alessi confessed that Scott Baker and the SNBS were operating legally as a 501 (c) Non-Profit Organization.
After more than 4 years of having to personally show the ‘Burden of Proof’ that a $1,000,000 CRIME has occurred and is still on-going on the campus of Basic Academy without the proper CCSD Legal Documents, the CCSD will now have to bear the ‘Burden of Proof’ that a $1,000,000 CRIME has not occurred on the campus of Basic Academy with the proper CCSD Legal Documents. Without stating the exact CCSD Policies/Regulations, a private company or organization must complete truthfully the required CCSD Legal Documents to conduct business on a CCSD school campus. This includes private companies or organizations that conduct business during normal school hours and for private companies or organizations conducting business after normal school hours.
The Principal at each campus is responsible to agree with and to sign-off these CCSD Legal Documents. After signing-off, the Principal is to submit truthfully these Legal CCSD Documents up the CCSD chain of command. Eventually, these Legal CCSD Documents become CCSD Public Documents. These Policies/Regulations according to the CCSD Handbook must be adhered, to prevent unwanted and possible illegal practices from operating on CCSD properties. Failure to follow the CCSD Policies/Regulations could result in a violation of the Nevada NRS, which can be constituted as a ‘Crime’.
For the Temporary Injunction Case against the CCSD, I was able to submit many pages of evidence that are now official court records and public documents. Since it was a Civil Case, the evidence of possible criminal activities though submitted, would have to wait for a Criminal Case. Next is ‘My Burden of Proof’ for a Criminal Case against Principal Dave Bechtel, Scott Baker, and Principal Gerald Bustamante. Others may be included because of ‘Complicity’. Plus, ‘My Burden of Proof’ will also be incorporated into a possible future Civil Case seeking financial damages against the CCSD. Only the highlights will be shared in a chronological order. The complete written documents are in my possession.
My adventures with the CCSD since the spring of 2015 have been documented in public writings on the Nick Feher ‘TAKE 5’ Foundation Facebook page and the website, playinyourdreams.com. My adventures have earned the title,

* Summer of 2019, George N Feher sends an email to CCSD Attorney Melissa Alessi. The email was titled, ‘LET’S MAKE A DEAL’. Immediately, a reply was sent back with the message that due to a FMLA, Melissa Alessi would be out of the office until 10/2/19. If the matter was of importance, the email should be forwarded to her Paralegal Christina Reeves.
* Summer of 2019, the CCSD Legal Team of Melissa Alessi and Christina Reeves chose ‘Silence’ as their response, which resulted in their negligence and was in violation of Clark County School District Policy, P-1140, which reads: FAMILY ENGAGEMENT and Clark County School District Policy, 1213 PUBLIC CONCERNS.
Included in the ‘LET’S MAKE A DEAL’ email is the following,
Past, recent and current events are the TIME & Force that guides the words for this letter. As One Observes and Analyzes all of the events that have led to the construction of this letter, One could have discover many KNOWINGS or TRUTHS. Currently, the CCSD has not substantiated in writing with CCSD Public Records that Scott Baker and the SNBS have been operating legally on the campus of Basic Academy/HS for the school years 2010-11, 2011-12, 2012-13, 2013-14, 2014-15, 2015-16, 2016-17, 2017-18, 2018-19.
Yes, there are snippets of ‘Official Documents’ for a few years, but One can argue that those ‘Official Documents’ were falsely filled-out, but were approved by the administration at Basic Academy/HS. Judge Joe Hardy Jr discovered Merit in Civil Case No.: A-18-785265-C, which was the reason for his Judgement, ‘Without Prejudice’. His Judgement has provided the opportunity to RIGHT a Wrong that has occurred and is still occurring on the Basic Academy/HS campus.
This Wrong was created by Principal Bechtel and Scott Baker during the 2010-11 school year. These two men plotted a Crime of Fraud and Corruption, by setting-up the operations of Scott Baker and the SNBS on the campus of Basic Academy/HS without the Legal CCSD Documents. From the onset of this Fraudulent and Corrupt Operation, Principal Bechtel supported this BULLY operation that was also Discriminatory, Immoral, and Unethical. Since No or very little CCSD Official Public Records exist for this time-period and beyond, One can argue that Scott Baker and the SNBS were operating without the knowledge and approval of most of the CCSD Defendants in Civil Case No.: A-18-785265-C.
A paper trail of CCSD Public Record Documents along with the paper trail of George N Feher to and from all CCSD Personnel has led to the CCSD landing in a ‘CCSD Quagmire of Stank’ that begin back in 2010-11. Principal Bechtel and Scott Baker through their Fraud and Corruption scheme created this ‘CCSD Quagmire of Stank’. In the fall of 2015, to protect their Crime of Corruption and Fraud, after George N Feher questioned the legality of Scott Baker and the SNBS, the first falsified CCSD Public Documents appeared.
The following Evidence will support the Claims of Falsified CCSD Official Documents and the Tax-Exempt Organization status of Scott Baker and the SNBS.
* www.corporationwiki.com/p/2bvy65/southern-nevada-blue-sox-inc reports the following: “Southern Nevada Blue Sox Inc. filed as a Domestic Non-Profit Corporation in the State of Nevada and is no longer active. This corporate entity was filed approximately four years ago on Friday, December 21, 2012 as recorded in documents filed with Nevada Secretary of State.” The State ID# is E0657152012-8. Status is inactive and Date Expired, Thursday, January 1, 2015.
* http://nvsos.gov/SOSEntitySearch/corpsearch.aspx?st=c&ss=Southern+NV+Blue+Sox reports Nevada Secretary of State Barbara K. Cegavske has declared the status of the Southern Nevada Blue Sox Inc., Entity Number E0657152012-8, Domestic Non-Profit Corporation as REVOKED.
Registered Agent Information-Scott Baker; Address-Henderson, NV, 89002.
This ‘CCSD Quagmire of Stank’ continued after Principal Bechtel departed from Basic Academy/HS. His immediate successor, though a culprit in continuing the ‘CCSD Quagmire of Stank’, was not ever officially notified by George N Feher. This lack of ‘Official Notification’ is a free pass provided to this unknown administrator. However, Principal Gerald Bustamante was provided an ‘Official Notification’ from George N Feher about the ‘CCSD Quagmire of Stank’. When given the opportunity to Clean the ‘CCSD Quagmire of Stank’, Principal Bustamante continued to support the Fraudulent and Corrupt operation of Scott Baker and the SNBS.
According to the CCSD Policies and Regulations, the permission for an ‘Outside Organization’ to use a CCSD Public School Property must be legally granted by the Principal of the Public School. One can argue that Principal Bustamante by authorizing his support has also committed a crime of Fraud and Corruption.
The CCSD Defendants in Civil Case No.: A-18-785265-C and the current CCSD School Board Members and New Superintendent now face a Major Clean-Up Decision for the ‘CCSD Quagmire of Stank’. Options include, the CCSD can Clean-Up their Own Mess or Outside Agencies with more legal powers can Clean-Up the ‘CCSD Quagmire of Stank’. When word is delivered to the mass of Taxpayers that the CCSD supported a Fraudulent and Corrupt organization that has grossed over $1,000,000 while using for FREE, a Tax Supported Facility since 2010-11 school years to the present, plenty of questions will follow.
We at the Law Firm of One-BUTT, after consulting with My Circle of Energy, which includes My 2 Angels of INSANITY, my Associates Vito and Michael Corleone from West Aliquippa Pa, the Holy Spirit, the ‘Little Guys’ that reside within, and God are willing to PLAY, ‘Let’s Make a Deal’ to HELP with the ‘CCSD Quagmire of Stank’. As in any Deal Making Games, a Starting Point is required. The objective is to get from the Starting Point to the Ending Point and variations added or subtracted from ‘Let’s Make a Deal’ are permitted with the Agreement of the Contestants.
The following ‘Let’s Make a Deal’ is offered by the Law Firm of One-BUTT.
1. Permanent Expulsion of Scott Baker and the SNBS from the campus of Basic Academy/HS
2. Permanent Expulsion of Scott Baker as the head baseball coach at Basic Academy/HS
3. The CCSD will file Criminal Charges of Fraud, Corruption, and for permitting a BULLY Program that is Discriminatory, Unethical, Immoral, and Unlicensed as a Child Care Provider to operate on the campus of Basic Academy/HS against the following individuals: Dave Bechtel, Scott Baker, and Gerald Bustamante.
4. The CCSD will pay George N. Feher $??,000 for his TIME, and monetary expenses.
* When the above 4 Stipulations are met, George N. Feher will relinquish all future legal rights concerning this issue with the CCSD between Scott Baker and the SNBS.
* When the first 4 Stipulations are met, George N. Feher will also end The Quest For the Truth of My Insanity. Since the CCSD is agreeing to file ‘Criminal Charges’, other Port of Calls for Law Enforcement will not be required to Clean-Up the ‘CCSD Quagmire of Stank’.
* If the first 4 Stipulations are not met, then all of the evidence that was submitted in Civil Case No.: A-18-785265-C and other evidence will be submitted to other Law Enforcement Agencies. If Fraud and Corruption is discovered, the CCSD Defendants and current School Board Members and other CCSD employees could be investigated and charged with the crime of ‘Complicity’. For the CCSD Defendants and other CCSD Personnel were notified numerous TIMES over 4 years by George N. Feher about possible Criminal Activities occurring on the campus of Basic Academy/HS.
* It must be noted, when questioned by Law Enforcement Agencies, the CCSD Defendants and current School Board Members can claim that All Was in Order according to Principal Dave Bechtel and Principal Bustamante at Basic Academy/HS when questioned about Scott Baker and the SNBS. It is not the responsibility of the School Board Members to individually research all Claims against the CCSD. All employees of the CCSD are responsible according to the laws of Nevada to respond Truthfully to any Claims against the CCSD. However, others with more Legal Power can determine the ‘Complicity’ of the Defendants, Current School Board Trustees, and other CCSD Personnel concerning the CCSD with Scott Baker and the SNBS.
* If the first 4 Stipulations are not agreed upon, another Civil Case against the CCSD that TIME & Forces will guide, will be filed by George N Feher seeking over 3 TIMES the Monetary Amount requested in #4, ‘Let’s Make A Deal’, plus Attorney Fees & Costs.
The Law Firm of One-BUTT looks forward to your reply.
George N Feher
(End of Let’s Make a Deal’)
In closing, it is TIME for the CCSD School Board Trustees, the CCSD Superintendent, and other high ranking CCSD officials to review the facts that have been submitted to them and to begin looking at the CCSD Quagmire of Stank from a different perspective. For over 4 years, the High Ranking Members of the CCSD were led to believe that the Allegations by George N Feher about Scott Baker and the SNBS were unfounded. Plus, evidence in the Civil Case No.: A-18-785265-C that was submitted by CCSD Attorney Melissa Alessi claimed without proof that George N Feher had a ‘Vendetta’ against Scott Baker and the SNBS. She also stated without proof that my actions against the CCSD Defendants was ‘Harassment’.
A reasonable person should be asking other questions such as,
* Why would a Taxpayer spend over 4 years on The Quest For the Truth of My Insanity who has no children attending Basic Academy, Fight for the Rights of Others that were and are Unable; plus, were and are negatively being affected by the Scott Baker and the SNBS, which is a BULLY operation that is also Discriminatory, Unethical, Immoral, and Illegal?
* Why would a Taxpayer spend his own money on a Civil Case No.: A-18-785265-C that does not ask for Financial Damages, but only a Temporary Injunction to Fight for the Rights of Others that were and are Unable; plus, were and are negatively being affected by the Scott Baker and the SNBS, which is a BULLY operation that is also Discriminatory, Unethical, Immoral, and Illegal?
* During the last four years, not one person, or public official has accused or shown evidence that George N Feher has fabricated false evidence concerning Scott Baker and the SNBS. If that statement is TRUE, could it be that the ‘Words’ of Principal Dave Bechtel, Scott Baker, and Principal Gerald Bustamante are NOT TRUE?
* Why has not a thorough investigation been conducted on these TRUTHFUL Allegations by Taxpayer George N Feher, instead of depending on the FALSE verbal words of CCSD Administrators and other CCSD Personnel for this CCSD Quagmire of Stank that is a $1,000,000 CRIME?
* Why has not Taxpayer George N Feher been thanked by the CCSD for exposing the CCSD Quagmire of Stank that is a $1,000,000 CRIME?
The CCSD will have through the business day of October 7, 2019 or earlier to respond to this email beyond the normal automatic response that the CCSD Recipients received the email. The ‘Let’s Make a Deal’ is still in PLAY. The CCSD can determine the TRUTH about the Allegations brought by Taxpayer George N Feher of the CCSD Quagmire of STANK that is a $1,000,000 CRIME.
Perhaps during their investigations, CCSD Official Public Documents will be discovered contrary to what the CCSD Public Record Department supplied to George N Feher. If CCSD Official Public Documents do exist that supports the legality of Scott Baker and the SNBS operation on the campus of Basic Academy/HS, please consider this an ‘Official Request’ for the CCSD Public Record Department to email George N Feher ‘such documents’. For with this ‘such documents’, the Quest For the Truth of My Insanity will come to an end.
As a ‘Loyal Employee’ of the CCSD, I will await further instructions.

AFTER THE CCSD TRUSTEES MISSED THEIR DEADLINE, ‘TAKE 5’ SENT ANOTHER REQUEST FOR CCSD PUBLIC DOCUMENTS ON 10/16/19

REQUEST FOR PUBLIC DOCUMENTS
What Am I Missing?
Before requesting CCSD Public Documents, please accept my THANKS for your Help in supplying previously requested CCSD Public Documents. The Clark County Treasure Office will show records that I am a Taxpayer for Parcel Number: 179-09-105-006, Tax District: 505, Property Location: 332 Hull St. Henderson, NV. This property is located in the Basic Academy/HS Zone. The Statement of Tax Distribution will show that I have been paying taxes to the CCSD.
On September 23, 2019, as a Taxpayer, and a former Teacher with over 33 years of practice with the CCSD, an email was sent to every CCSD School Board Trustee and the Supervisor of the CCSD Legal Department. It was my Civic responsibility as a Taxpayer to report that possible Criminal Activities have been and are still being conducted on the campus of Basic Academy in Henderson, NV. It is estimated since the 2010-11 school year through the present that roughly over $1,000,000 has been earned by these possible criminals while conducting possible illegal business practices on the campus of Basic Academy.
These possible criminal activities were uncovered during the discovery phase for Civil Case No.: A-18-785265-C in the Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County Nevada in Department 15 with Judge Joe Hardy Jr. As the Plaintiff in the case, a Temporary Injunction without financial damages was sought concerning the ‘Relationship’ between the CCSD with Scott Baker and the Southern Nevada Blue Sox (SNBS), a private baseball company that has been operating since the 2010-11 school year on the campus of Basic Academy in Henderson, Nevada.
Without stating at this time, the exact Nevada Revised Statutes and CCSD Policies/Regulations, a private company or organization must complete truthfully the required CCSD Legal Documents to conduct business on a CCSD school campus.
The closing excerpts of the email dated 9/23/19 is as follows.

End of Excerpt
Since the CCSD Trustees and the CCSD Legal Department Supervisor has not responded to my ‘Let’s Make a Deal II’, there are many possible explanations. During Civil Case No.: A-18-785265-C, the CCSD Attorney made claims numerous times in writing and with Oral Arguments in and out of court that Scott Baker and the SNBS, a private baseball company, has been and was operating ‘legally’ on the Basic Academy/HS campus. Past Requests for CCSD Public Documents does not support these claims by the CCSD Litigator for all the years that Scott Baker and the SNBS have been operating on the campus of Basic Academy/HS. The CCSD Public Documents that were emailed by the CCSD Public Record Department to George N Feher only contains questionable ‘legal’ CCSD Documents for two school years beginning with the 2010-11 school year through the present.
This gap in years of no CCSD Public Documents that ‘legally’ permits Scott Baker and the SNBS to operate according to the NRS and the CCSD Policies/Regulations, does not substantiate the written and verbal words of the CCSD Attorney and the Silence of the CCSD School Board Trustees and the Supervisor of the CCSD Legal Department. For us to speculate on the multitude of reasons for the CCSD to miss their deadline, please permit us to focus on two of them. The two reasons will be the premise for My Official Request For CCSD Public Documents.
1. The CCSD has in their possession all ‘Legal Documents’ that prove that Scott Baker and the SNBS, a private baseball company, has been and is operating legally under the laws of the NRS and the Policies/Regulations of the CCSD since the 2010-11 school year through the present. However, the CCSD refuses to release all ‘Legal Documents’ to Taxpayer, George N Feher.
2. The CCSD does not have in their possession all ‘Legal Documents’ that prove that Scott Baker and the SNBS, a private baseball company, has been and is operating legally under the laws of the NRS and the Policies/Regulations of the CCSD since the 2010-11 school year through the present. Because of this reason, the CCSD cannot fulfill the request of ‘Legal Documents’ that prove that Scott Baker and the SNBS, a private baseball company, has been and is operating legally under the laws of the NRS and the Policies/Regulations of the CCSD since the 2010-11 school year through the present to Taxpayer George N Feher.
OFFICIAL REQUEST FOR CCSD PUBLIC DOCUMENTS
Please provide a copy of all CCSD ‘Legal Documents’ that the CCSD Trustees and the CCSD Legal Department are using to base their claims that Scott Baker and the SNBS a private baseball company, has been and is operating legally under the laws of the NRS and the Policies/Regulations of the CCSD since the 2010-11 school year through the present on the campus of Basic Academy/HS. Include in your search, the same parameters that the CCSD is using in basing their claims that Scott Baker and the SNBS are operating ‘Legally’ on the campus of Basic Academy/HS. Perhaps, these ‘Legal Documents’ have been filed under a different CCSD Policy/Regulation, name, company and/or an organization linking to Scott Baker and the SNBS.
If no CCSD ‘Legal Documents’ exist, outside the CCSD Public Documents already in my possession, which prove that Scott Baker and the SNBS, a private baseball company, has been and is operating legally under the laws of the NRS and the Policies/Regulations of the CCSD since the 2010-11 school year through the present, please state your findings in writing.

Mr. Feher,
CCSD is in receipt of your public records request dated October 16, 2019.
First, the Nevada Public Records Act requires the production of documents and does not require CCSD to answer questions. NRS 239.010(1) (the public records act applies to “public books and public records”); NRS 239.010(3); NRS 239.010(4); NRS 239.010(5).
Second, the terms “legal documents” and “under the laws of the NRS” are ambiguous. Please provide further clarification regarding these terms.
Third, without admitting the accuracy of any of the statements in your correspondence, the District has already provided you with a copy of all readily available documents. As previously indicated: documents related to 2016, 2017, and 2018 have already been provided to you; no documents could be located for 2010 or 2011; and documents (if any) from 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015 are in the archives. CCSD estimates that it will take about 30 hours to gather documents from the archives, scan, and return the documents to the archives. If you would like CCSD to attempt to gather documents from the archives for 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015 let us know and we will provide you with a cost estimate.
Finally, you filed a complaint against the CCSD on or about November 30, 2018 (totaling 169 pages with attachments). CCSD has not re-produced those 169 pages to you in response to this public records request as you indicated you did not want us to provide any documents already in your possession.
Thank you.

In closing, ‘TAKE 5’ would like to THANK CCSD Litigator Melissa Alessi and her staff for rescheduling the Hearing for Cost/Fees until December 4, 2019. Hopefully, before that TIME, the CCSD Office of Communication will be able to respond to the future requests of ‘TAKE 5’ for evidence at the Hearing. In the interim, ‘TAKE 5’ will be adding an Addendum to the Motion to Dismiss. It will be ‘Let’s Make a Deal II’ that illustrates the possible $1,000,000 CRIME on the campus of Basic Academy/HS.
