‘TAKE 5’ DNL #17: July 2022; ‘TAKE 5’ NOW ESTIMATES THAT A POSSIBLE CRIME OF $1,750,000 HAS OCCURRED WITH THE CCSD SANCTIONED SCOTT BAKER PRIVATE BASEBALL CLUB OPERATING WITH TAXPAYERS’ MONEY ON THE BASIC ACADEMY CAMPUS IN HENDERSON, NV. DNL #17 BEGINS WHERE DNL #16 ENDED. THE QUEST FOR THE TRUTH OF MY INSANITY RESUMES. IF TIME PERMITS, STOP IN & OR PASS IT ON FOR MORE TRUTH
For those of you, who are loyal, part-time, or first TIME readers of the Nick Feher ‘TAKE 5’ Foundation Facebook Page, welcome again inside the Quest For the Truth of My INSANITY. The plus 6-year Quest now journeys into the Summer of 2022. My GRATITUDE is once again sent to those who follow our page, including readers that have acknowledged the ‘Truthful Contents’ of our writings. Total servings of words equal about 9,300 to fit Facebook. (Story Will Also Be Posted on Facebook.)
Unlike previous DNLs, this one will not run as a Facebook Community Ad. The LIKES of The Nick Feher ‘TAKE 5’ will determine the reach of DNL #17 throughout the Metaverse by tagging DNL #17 onto Members of Facebook. The decision not to run a Facebook Ad is based on the ‘Censorship’ by Facebook Ad Team back in Nov. of 2019. With My FEET on the soil in Pontotoc, MS, which was about 30 miles away from Vaught-Hemingway Stadium, the 8th Oldest College Football Stadium in the USA, Facebook Ad Team after agreeing to run DNL #16 for 4 weeks, sent an email and cancelled the last 2 weeks of the Ad run.
Facebook Ads estimates the number of Hits for an Ad. Previous DNLs averaged around 2,000 Hits for a 4-week Ad Run. What a Hit means is any one guess. It could range from a member clicking on the Ad to reading very little to the entire short story. After originally agreeing to Run the Ad, the Ad Team claimed that after 2 weeks, DNL #16 did not match the Standards of Facebook. Apparently, a Facebook Member took offense to the TRUTHS that were written and filed a complaint with the Ads Team, resulting in ‘Censorship’.
There was little to do, for Facebook has created a series of complicated hoops to contest complaints. Facebook claimed that DNL #16 registered over 3,200 Hits for a 2-week Run, which soundly beat the Average of 2,000 Hits for 4 weeks. Since it was ‘Ritual Day’ for Vaught-Hemingway Stadium and the 2nd Leg of the 2019 College Football Pilgrimage, My FEET decided to focus on Ritual Day. TIME and Forces would determine the writing of DNL #17. As with other DNLs, DNL #17 will use Correspondence with Public Entities, which can be considered as Public Records, and with My Circle of Energy. DNL #17 will be written in chronological order based on Known Facts and Truths. Though the reader may not agree with the words, the reader is asked to produce evidence to support their disagreements.
Before the story is told, My Circle of Energy (CoE) deserves my GRATITUDE and a ‘SHOUT-OUT’ for providing the FUEL for the Quest For the Truth of My Insanity. The Pandemic and other Forces has brought about changes of Growth for My Circle of Energy and for MA&2B. Growth shows that My 2 Angels of INSANITY are experiencing ‘Roads Not Taken’. The Enamoring Enigma concocted The Magical Mystery Tour (TMMT) for MA&2B and has taken a ‘Leave of Absence’ from My Circle of Energy. The Inscrutable Cellist after taking a ‘Leave of Absence’ from My Circle of Energy in 2019 has rejoined My CoE.
It is suggested but not required to read DNL #16, which presents facts and Truths of possible criminal activities occurring on the Basic Academy/HS Campus. DNL #17 is next. The Quest For the Truth of My Insanity resumed in Dec. of 2019 with another Court appearance. On Dec 4th, 2019, the CCSD sought Court Costs and Fees of over $3,000 from MA&2B. After submitting Written Arguments and presenting Oral Arguments, Judge Joe Hardy Jr. ruled against the CCSD, which kept the $3,000 from exchanging hands. This ruling was perceived as a Sign to pursue possible Criminal Charges against the Scott Baker Private Baseball Company. First stop was correspondence with the CCSD Lead Attorney and the CCSD CEO, who was believed to be another ‘Former Student’ of mine during the Garrett JHS days.
With no progress, sights were set on the CCSD Police Department to report a possible $1,000,000 Crime on the Campus of Basic Academy. Next is a copy of the letter to My Circle of Energy, dated 3/31/20

My Circle of Energy
Hopefully my words find you, your family, friends and others weathering the onslaught of this Biological Warfare. Agree or Disagree with the idea of Biological Warfare, a New Norm has been established throughout Planet Earth. Perhaps in the Future, TIME will permit MA&2B to share more thoughts on this issue. Though a New Norm has been created, the Quest For the Truth of My Insanity now plots a new course, leaving past ports behind in the Old Norm.
It is again with THANKS to My Circle of Energy for their past and present support that the Quest now sets a new course. Apparently, the CFO & the General Counsel of the CCSD have assisted in plotting the navigation coordinates for the new course. By declining ‘Let’s Make a Deal IV’, the signs were clear. For the past couple of weeks, many possible scenarios have played out in the IMA&2B about possible explanations concerning the non-agreement for the Deal.
Most resulted in the same unanswered questions. ‘What are the responsibilities of a CCSD Official if Possible Crimes on CCSD property are reported to them’? ‘Do the CCSD Officials decide what are Possible Crimes or not Possible Crimes’? If evidence exists that it is not Possible Crimes, do CCSD Officials have to produce the evidence or not, when requested by a Taxpayer? ‘Are public employers mandated by law to represent their employees for committing criminal activities, while performing their assigned duties’?
As a former public employee, public employers are required by law to defend their employees in civil cases that have been filed against them, while performing their assigned duties. The CFO and the GC has decided for the Quest to seek Justice in the Criminal Courts. When Justice is discovered, then the Truth of My Insanity will become according to Buddha, a KNOWING.
The 1st Harbor to visit in the New Norm will be the CCSD Police Department. Taxpayers’ money will be utilized to investigate possible ‘Suspicious Activities’ and ‘Bullying’, according to categories on the CCSDPD website. After receiving the ‘Official Notification’ from an individual, the CCSDPD spells out their procedures to conduct the case. Results will then become a KNOWING. Two possible Results exist, A Criminal Activity according to the Nevada Revised Statues, Or, no Criminal Activity according to the Nevada Revised Statues. Either way, Justice will be served and the Quest For the Truth of My Insanity will cease after almost 5 years.
After reviewing the options to report ‘Possible Crimes’ through the CCSDPD website, it was decided to hand deliver the documents to the CCSDPD. Their main offices were about 8 miles away. During the drive, many thoughts entertained the IMAGINATION of MA&2B. With the Quest near entering the 6th year, perhaps Justice will finally be served. Recently, MA&2B had finished reading a book titled, ‘The Alchemist’, by Paulo Coelho. It was a book recommended some TIME ago by the Sound Engineer from the Enchanted Forest.
After listening to the little spill of the book, and for his ‘Outstanding Ear’ that raised the Sounds of the Enchanted Forest to near maximum quality, MA&2B christened the Sound Engineer with a new name. He was to be KNOWN as the Alchemist of the Enchanted Forest. His arrival during the 2019 Season in the Enchanted Forest raised the bar of sound reproduction to that of a Magical Chapel. Prior to his arrival, the sound quality in the Enchanted Forest could have best been described as Hit or Miss. QNN and her Trio was always at the mercy of the soundboard. Though the group played at their ‘Very Best’ levels that could not be said for the sound.
According to theatlantic.com, “The size of the American reading public varies depending on one’s definition of reading. In 2017, about 53 percent of American adults (roughly 125 million people) read at least one book not for school or for work in the previous 12 months, according to the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA). Five years earlier, the NEA ran a more detailed survey, and found that 23 percent of American adults were “light” readers (finishing one to five titles per year), 10 percent were “moderate” (six to 11 titles), 13 percent were “frequent” (12 to 49 titles), and a dedicated 5 percent were “avid” (50 books and up)”.
Statista.com reports that leisurely reading on the average; Americans aged 20 to 34 spend a mere 0.11 hour reading daily, which amounts to less than seven minutes per day. Although the time spent reading increases in the older generations, the general trend is worrying – an overall average of only 0.28 hours spent reading per day.
One of the many benefits of reading is that most readings require the use of One’s IMAGINATION, which stretches the working capacity of the brain. This ‘Stretching’ can be a tool to ward of dementia, and Alzheimer’s Disease. When all of the readings are added throughout the day beginning with about 30 minutes of reading to ‘Start the Day’, the daily newspaper, various emails, MA&2B averages about 2 hours of leisurely reading. Included in the ‘Start the Day’ readings are Spiritual Readings, Motivational Readings, and other General Books. A few are steady partners, while others interchange.
When reading General Books, the IMA&2B treats them as a comic strip with only about 3-4 pages read each session. Reflections are then possible, with more to come. Certain writing projects increase the minutes for reading research. Since writing projects are done for leisure, the research can be considered leisure.
During the drive to the CCSDPD, the book ‘The Alchemist’ joined in as a passenger. Without divulging much, the 171 pages, very easy reading book, is a story of an older shepherd boy in search of his ‘Personal Legend’. The book claims that All are given a Personal Legend. Whether or not, One chooses to follow their Personal Legend, will be entirely up to the individual. However, when One chooses to follow their Personal Legend and if it is TRUE, the Universe will conspire to HELP. Many of his encounters included Omens & Signs.
While walking to the front entrance of the CCSDPD, a large brown envelope was carried. Unlike previous deliveries of email and mailed letters to the CCSD, this one would be hand delivered. The sign on the glass said to ring the bell for entry. While peering through the dark glass, the IMA&2B was in full gear. Behind the doors, stood the UNKNOWN, which would hold the key for Justice. Would there be any Signs or Omens? After ringing the bell, the officer in the UNKNOWN waved for MA&2B to enter.
Greetings were extended and the business of MA&2B was explained while holding the large brown envelope. After sensing that my business was confusing the Welcoming Officer, MA&2B decided to remove their sunglasses for a clearer explanation. There was much traffic in the Welcoming Area with other officers walking by. As our conversation continued, the words Basic Academy/HS triggered a response from the Welcoming Officer. He said that the Sargent in charge of Basic Academy might be in his office. He walked to his phone and made a call. After placing the receiver back on the phone, he said, ‘Sargent Hewitt is in and he will see you shortly’. As MA&2B stood in the UNKNOWN, the name Sargent Hewitt played in the IMA&2B. Could it be an Omen or a Sign, for the name Hewitt was very familiar to MA&2B.
Some TIME passed and another Officer walked towards MA&2B and said, ‘Sargent Hewitt will be out soon’. While glancing around the UNKNOWN, another Officer came from the same direction that the previous Officer walked. When eye contact was made with the Officer, the Officer declared, ‘I KNOW this man’. His nameplate read Sgt. S Hewitt and MA&2B replied, we do KNOW each other. Sgt. S. Hewitt then extended his hand. While extending the hand of MA&2B, words said, ‘Is this action permitted’? The Sargent said that in this case, they are.
Since the Sargent ranked higher than a civilian, his directions were followed with a firm welcoming handshake. Standing in front of MA&2B was Sgt. Steven Hewitt, a Basic HS Graduate who played High School Baseball with Nick. Since the days of Little League Baseball and all the way into high school, MA&2B had crossed paths many TIMES with Steven Hewitt and his family. Some of these paths included being foes, while other paths were as companions. That moment produced a meeting of paths that were on the same side, seeking Justice.
After exchanging small talk, a brief explanation of the contents of the large brown envelope was next including the names of former students, Judge Joe Hardy Jr and CFO Jason Goudie. Sgt. S Hewitt agreed that this was the place to seek Justice, if there were any violations of the CCSD Policies/Regulations including the Nevada Revised Statues. Our conversation was cut short, for his presence was required by his Commanding Officer. Sgt. S Hewitt then said that this matter would be looked into and it was agreed upon that MA&2B would be available to file any other necessary documents, and/or for any more information. When our TIME was up, my THANKS were extended to Sgt. S Hewitt and out of the UNKNOWN, MA&2B stepped into the New Norm.
While walking to the truck and driving to Lowe’s, the encounter in the UNKNOWN remained a steady companion in the IMA&2B. THANKS were passed onto God and the Universe. Then the questions arrived. ‘Were the Results of venturing into the UNKNOWN, a signal or an Omen’? ‘Would Justice finally be discovered as in a Personal Legend’? As the ongoing Quest For the Truth of My Insanity continues, updates will follow. Next are excerpts of the letter to the CCSDPD that was included in the large brown envelope.

Clark County School District
Police Department
My name is George N Feher and the Clark County Treasure Office will show records that I am a Taxpayer for Parcel Number: 179-09-105-006, Tax District: 505, Property Location: 332 Hull St. Henderson, NV. This property is located in the Basic Academy/HS Zone. As a Taxpayer and an Advocate I want to officially report that ‘Possible Crimes’ has been and is being currently conducted on the Basic Academy/HS campus.
This matter has recently been shared with Jason Goudie, the Chief Financial Officer of the CCSD and with Elisa Lavelle, the CCSD General Counsel. Their response of ‘SILENCE’ indicated that these ‘Possible Crimes’ should be officially reported to the Clark County School District Police Department. The use of Taxpayers’ money can result in an investigation to either support or debunk these ‘Possible Crimes’.
These ‘Possible Crimes’ involve Scott Baker and the Southern Nevada Blue Sox (SNBS), a private baseball company, which is operating on the campus of Basic Academy/HS, a Taxpayer funded CCSD property located in Henderson, NV. As a Taxpayer/Advocate, these ‘Possible Crimes’ that began during the 2010-11 school year were reported with documentation to ranking CCSD Officials beginning the Spring of 2015. After over 3 years during the Quest For the Truth of My Insanity searching for Justice concerning these ‘Possible Crimes’, a Complaint for a Temporary Injunction was filed in the Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County, NV in December of 2018.
In July of 2019, Judge Joe Hardy Jr, ruled ‘Without Prejudice’ to dismiss the Complaint for a Temporary Injunction in favor of the CCSD Defendants. It was legally determined that my role as a Taxpayer/Advocate lacked ‘Legal Standings’ to pursue a Temporary Injunction, for I had no children being affected. His ruling ‘Without Prejudice’ legally indicated that the ‘Possible Crimes’ of Scott Baker and the SNBS may have Legal Merits in other jurisdictions of the Local, State, and Federal Courts.
These ‘Legal Merits’ center around the CCSD Public Records/Documents that legally supports Scott Baker and the SNBS, a private baseball company, to operate legally on the Basic Academy/HS campus according to the Policies/Regulations of the CCSD, which has been granted their legal powers to operate by the Nevada Revised Statues. Evidence uncovered during Case No.: A-18-785265-C shows that CCSD Public Records/Documents that legally supports Scott Baker and the SNBS, a private baseball company, to operate legally on the Basic Academy/HS campus according to the Policies/Regulations of the CCSD, are incomplete starting with the 2010-11 school year to the present. According to the Policies and Regulations of the CCSD, all the use of CCSD properties during and after school hours must be adhered to.
The proper CCSD documents for the use of CCSD properties must be completed truthfully by the applicant in order to be reviewed and approved by the CSSD property Administrator to determine any rental fees of the CCSD property. These legal CCSD documents then have to be submitted by the property site Administrator for approval at the Central CCSD Office and then filed as CCSD Public Records. Next is a copy of the email that was sent by the CCSD Office of Communications.

Another request for CCSD Public Documents was submitted on 10/16/19. Next is an email reply from the CCSD Office of Communications.
10/24/19
Mr. Feher,
CCSD is in receipt of your public records request dated October 16, 2019.
First, the Nevada Public Records Act requires the production of documents and does not require CCSD to answer questions. NRS 239.010(1) (the public records act applies to “public books and public records”); NRS 239.010(3); NRS 239.010(4); NRS 239.010(5).
Second, the terms “legal documents” and “under the laws of the NRS” are ambiguous. Please provide further clarification regarding these terms.
Third, without admitting the accuracy of any of the statements in your correspondence, the District has already provided you with a copy of all readily available documents. As previously indicated: documents related to 2016, 2017, and 2018 have already been provided to you; no documents could be located for 2010 or 2011; and documents (if any) from 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015 are in the archives. CCSD estimates that it will take about 30 hours to gather documents from the archives, scan, and return the documents to the archives. If you would like CCSD to attempt to gather documents from the archives for 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015 let us know and we will provide you with a cost estimate.
Finally, you filed a complaint against the CCSD on or about November 30, 2018 (totaling 169 pages with attachments). CCSD has not re-produced those 169 pages to you in response to this public records request as you indicated you did not want us to provide any documents already in your possession.
Thank you.

(End of Emails)
According to the emails from the CCSD Office of Communications, CCSD Public Documents do not exist for all the years that legally support, according to the CCSD Policies/Regulations, the operations of Scott Baker and the SNBS on the campus of Basic Academy/HS from 2010-11 school year to the present. If that is true, then violations against the Nevada Revised Statues have also been committed resulting in ‘Possible Crimes’.
As mentioned previously, Scott Baker and the SNBS is also perceived by Taxpayers in and out of the Basic Academy/HS zone as being a ‘BULLY’ Operation that is also Discriminatory, Immoral, and Unethical. To play high school baseball at Basic Academy/HS, it is estimated that each player/player’s family will be required to pay on an average of $21,000 to $25,000 over a 4-year period. This money is paid directly to Scott Baker and the SNBS as payment in a ‘Pay to Play Scheme’ for his private baseball team in order to enhance a spot on the baseball roster at Basic Academy/HS. As the ‘BULLY’, Scott Baker and the SNBS sets the monetary fees to play baseball for Basic Academy/HS.
If these allegations are true, Scott Baker and the SNBS along with other CCSD Officials could be in violation of other Nevada Revised Statues, which can constitute ‘Possible Crimes’. Besides, ‘BULLYING’ is a violation of CCSD Policies/Regulations, the Nevada Revised Statutes, and Federal Law. While operating on Taxpayers’ property and the Taxpayers’ money for FREE, it has been estimated that Scott Baker and the Southern Nevada Blue Sox has earned annually since 2010-11 between $100,000 to $125,000 each school year. For the last nine years, Scott Baker and the SNBS has grossed somewhere between $900,000 and one million, one hundred, twenty-five thousand dollars resulting in ‘Possible Crimes’ of Fraud & Corruption worth over $1,000,000.
Your powers as a Law Enforcement Agency granted by the Nevada Revised Statues can thoroughly investigate these claims of ‘Possible Crimes’. As a Taxpayer/Advocate, I am officially requesting that the Clark County School District Police Department conduct a thorough investigation into these ‘Possible Crimes’. The claims for these ‘Possible Crimes’ as previously written ‘Revolve around the CCSD Public Records’.
The CCSD Office of Communications has stated, “As previously indicated: documents related to 2016, 2017, and 2018 have already been provided to you; no documents could be located for 2010 or 2011; and documents (if any) from 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015 are in the archives. CCSD estimates that it will take about 30 hours to gather documents from the archives, scan, and return the documents to the archives. If you would like CCSD to attempt to gather documents from the archives for 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015 let us know and we will provide you with a cost estimate”.
Since Tax dollars are used to support your Law Enforcement Agency, it would be more cost efficient for your Agency to request ALL possible archived CCSD Public Documents relating to Scott Baker and the SNBS. After reviewing these CCSD Public Documents, a legal decision can then be made concerning these ‘Possible Crimes’. Once a legal decision is rendered, then a copy of your legal discoveries and the CCSD Public Records that support your legal findings are requested. If the CCSD Public Record Department can produce all of the legal CCSD documents verifying that Scott Baker and the SNBS have been operating according to the Policies and Regulations of the CCSD from the 2010-11 school year to the present, then Justice will have been discovered.
If not, then the CCSD Police Department will have the opportunity to serve Justice and to expand their investigations into the financial records of Scott Baker and the SNBS. These financial records may shed light on the ‘Pay to Play Scheme’ and the correlation between members of the Scott Baker and SNBS club baseball team and members of the Basic Academy/HS baseball team.
If your Law Enforcement Agency is unable to fulfill my request, please state in writing your rationale and decision. If necessary, then which local Public Law Enforcement Agency or Agencies would the CCSD Police Department recommend to report these ‘Possible Crimes’?
Enclosed are ‘Let’s Make a Deal II’, and ‘Let’s Make a Deal IV’. Since these Deals were emailed to the CCSD Officials and the General Counsel Office, the versions should also be available in the CCSD Public Records Department along with ‘Let’s Make a Deal III’ and all other correspondences submitted to CCSD Officials since the Spring of 2015. Plus, more public documents concerning this matter can be found at the Eighth Judicial District Court Clark County, NV, Case No.: A-18-785265-C. I look forward to your response.
Thank You

(End of Letter in Brown Envelope)
Included in the brown envelope was evidence that supported certain Facts and Truths. When August 2020 showed up and no word from Sgt S Hewitt, this resulted in the next correspondence that was sent to My Circle of Energy on 8/9/20. Excerpts include.
8/9/20
Circle of Energy
“TIME and Forces have permitted the involuntary enlistment of more members to My Circle of Energy. These members with their Special Skill Sets will be assigned to the Rear Guard in the pursuit of Justice. An involuntary enlistment can be voided with a opt out email during any part of the Quest. New members include, Queen Chameleon, the Boys of Quiptown and Others, Don Q., Queen Mil Atir, plus Officer JJr.
As the Quest pulls its anchors, a review of My Circle of Energy is in order for the next mission. Standing on the decks in no particular arrangements; the 4 Musketeers, the 3 Amigos, Queen Noir Nightingale and her Court consisting of Sir Charles, the Alchemist and Others, GM, N8, #12 and Tom-Tom, Nick Hummingbird, plus the part-time, if available, 2 Angels of INSANITY. As Sages have taught, always remember, ‘An Audience of One, is an Audience of Many’.
The Mission for the Circle of Energy is to Harness up your Vibrations of Honor and to send it to the Target in order for the results to find Justice. As the Quest resumes, next is the copy of the letter that was emailed to the well-known Target who played against and with Nick during Henderson Little League through their High School Baseball Seasons at Basic Academy/HS.

Sargent Steven Hewitt
Clark County School District
Police Department
This is George Feher writing a follow-up letter per our conversation about ‘Justice’ on March 30, 2020. Our encounter created a moment of Astonishment as a large brown envelope was placed in your hands, which outlined a possible $1,000,000 Crime of Corruption, Fraud, and Bullying on the campus of Basic Academy/HS in Henderson, NV. These ‘Possible Crimes’ by Scott Baker and the Southern Nevada Blue Sox, a private baseball company, along with others, has been financed by the Taxpayers in the Basic Academy/HS Zone since the 2010-11 school year through the present.
Over four months have passed since our conversation about ‘Justice’ with no response from you or the CCSDPD. As a Taxpayer/Advocate, it is in the best interests of the Citizens and Taxpayers in the Basic Academy/HS Zone to write this follow-up letter. A possibility exists that the report of these ‘Possible Crimes’ was misplaced, once the CCSD School System closed under the order of the Governor of Nevada at the end of March, 2020. With the CCSD School System now reopening, these ‘Possible Crimes’ should merit the full attention of the CCSDPD.
The brown envelope that was placed in your hands contained copies of Court Documents and other Documents that support the ‘Possible Crimes’ of $1,000,000. The only lacking evidence that can either support or debunk these claims of ‘Possible Crimes’ rests in the files of the CCSD Public Records Department. Now that the CCSD Public Records Department is in operation, the CCSDPD can ‘Officially Request’ a deep thorough search for all CCSD Public Records with ties to Scott Baker and Scott Baker and the Southern Nevada Blue Sox, a private baseball company.
As stated in the previous documents in the brown envelope, during the Civil Court Case No.: A-18-785265-C, Cindy Smith-Johnson, Public Records Request, Office of Communications wrote the following in response to my request for CCSD Public Documents on 10/16/19. “The District has already provided you with a copy of all readily available documents. If you would like CCSD to attempt to gather documents from the archives for 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015 let us know and we will provide you with a cost estimate.”
With these ‘Possible Crimes’ being financed by Taxpayers’ money, it is in the best financial interests of this Taxpayer/Advocate to request that the CCSDPD solicit the above CCSD Public Records in order to seek ‘Justice’. Without including the specifics, research for the Civil Court Case discovered that the Nevada Revised Statutes grants the legal powers for the Clark County School District Policies and Regulations. Private Companies that operate on CCSD Properties during and after school hours, must legally comply with all of the CCSD Policies and Regulations, including truthfully completing and filing the legal CCSD documents.
These CCSD Policies and Regulations governing Private Companies are to protect the safety, health, and well-being of students, staff and members of the community and to prevent Fraud, Corruption, and Bullying at the expense of the Taxpayers.
Evidence submitted for the Civil Court Case No.: A-18-785265-C, points to ‘Possible Crimes’. However, a ‘Deep Search’ of CCSD Public Records will either support or debunk claims of ‘Possible Crimes’. This ‘Deep Search’ will also result in ‘Justice’ being served. The ‘Deep Search’ will demonstrate legal proof of whether or not Scott Baker and the Southern Nevada Blue Sox, a private baseball company, has been operating legally according to the Nevada Revised Statutes and the CCSD Policies and Regulations starting with the 2010-11 school year through the present.
The issue of Scott Baker being employed as a community volunteer varsity head baseball coach at Basic Academy/HS is not contested. For CCSD Public Records show that he has earned a CCSD fee for his high school coaching duties. However, his ‘at will’ baseball job with no CCSD written contract, does not provide the legal means according to the Policies and Regulations of the CCSD to operate the Scott Baker and the Southern Nevada Blue Sox, a private baseball company, on the campus of Basic Academy/HS.
Upon submitting the Official Request, the CCSDPD will have the results of the ‘Deep Search’ after about 30 hours of search time by CCSD employees according to Cindy Smith-Johnson. If all of the legal CCSD Public Documents concerning Scott Baker and the Southern Nevada Blue Sox from the 2010-11 school year to the present are in order, and legally comply with the CCSD Policies and Regulations, then ‘Justice’ will be served. My request as a Taxpayer/Advocate will then be for the CCSDPD to supply for me, a copy of all the CCSD Public Records that legally supports the operations of Scott Baker and the Southern Nevada Blue Sox, a private baseball company, to conduct lawful business on the campus of Basic Academy/HS from the 2010-11 school year to the present.
However, if the ‘Deep Search’ does not produce the CCSD legal documents for all the years in question granting the CCSD legalities for the operations of Scott Baker and the Southern Nevada Blue Sox, a private baseball company on the campus of Basic Academy/HS; as a Taxpayer/Advocate in the Basic Academy/HS Zone, please permit these words to ‘Seek Justice’. For ‘Justice’ to be served, a CCSDPD Investigation would be required. The Investigation should begin starting with the 2010-11 school year. According to others in the community, it was the Partnership of then Principal Dave Bechtel and newly hired head varsity baseball coach Scott Baker who concocted the new baseball rules.
The Partnership declared that the new rules to play high school baseball at Basic Academy/HS were deceived as ‘Pay To Play’. To qualify for a spot on the jv and/or varsity baseball team at Basic Academy/HS, potential players and their families were Bullied to pay the fees associated to play with the Scott Baker and the Southern Nevada Blue Sox private baseball team on the campus of Basic Academy/HS at Taxpayers’ expense. These ‘BULLY Fees’ were estimated to average $5,000 or more per player/family per school year or $20,000 or more for four years of high school baseball at Basic Academy/HS.
Evidence Exhibit B that was submitted for the Civil Court Case in District Court, which was presided by Judge Joe Hardy Jr, a former student of mine at Garrett JHS in Boulder City, shows a pattern for this ‘Bullying’. After obtaining the official NIAA Basic Academy/HS baseball rosters from the 2010-11 school year thru the 2017-18 school year and the Southern Nevada Blue Sox baseball rosters for the same years that were also submitted as evidence, the data was cross-referenced. The results show that

In addition, when the Totals Minus the 2010-11 school year, which equals 214 is multiplied by $5,000 per player/family, the estimated income of Scott Baker and the Southern Nevada Blue Sox, a private baseball company from the 2010-11 school year through the 2017-18 school year is about $1,070,000.
When his income from the 2018-19, 2019-20 school years are added, plus the BULLY Fees that Scott Baker and the Southern Nevada Blue Sox, a private baseball company, has earned from the players/families to play on the company’s youth travel baseball team, which is also housed on the campus of Basic Academy/HS, the income for Scott Baker and the Southern Nevada Blue Sox, a private baseball company is estimated to be well over $1,500,000 since the 2010-11 school year.
Evidence submitted to the Courts also shows that Scott Baker and the Southern Nevada Blue Sox are operating as a non-licensed Child Care Provider. Public records show no evidence that a Child Care License is on file with the City of Henderson, Las Vegas Nevada, Clark County Nevada, and the State of Nevada. Taxpayers and others in and out of the Basic Academy/HS Zone also agree that the operations of Scott Baker and the Southern Nevada Blue Sox, a private baseball company, are Unethical, Immoral, and Discriminatory. It has been the Taxpayers in the Basic Academy/HS Zone that has financed these ‘Possible Crimes’ of Fraud, Corruption and Bullying.
In closing, the decision to bring these ‘Possible Crimes’ to the attention of the CCSDPD was based on the results of the Court Findings and the Court’s Decision in Civil Court Case No.: A-18-785265-C. Though Judge Joe Hardy Jr. ruled against my Temporary Injunction petition as a Taxpayer/Advocate, for lack of Legal Standings, he did so ‘Without Prejudice’. His ruling was interpreted that these ‘Possible Crimes’ had Legal Merit and that ‘Justice’ could be found in other Criminal or Civil Courts.
‘Possible Crimes’ are a probability, and if possible, the hands of these very lucrative ‘Possible Crimes’ may extend beyond former Principal Dave Bechtel, current Principal Gerald Bustamante and Scott Baker, including into the hands of CCSD Trustee Wright. Questions should be asked of her knowledge and involvement with these ‘Possible Crimes’. For Trustee Wright was informed with numerous emails and letters about these ‘Possible Crimes’ beginning in the Fall of 2015. While serving as the CCSD Trustee for the Basic Academy/HS Zone, her response has always been ‘Silence’. If these ‘Possible Crimes’ are a probability and as the Lead Officer on this case, Sargent Steven Hewitt along with the entire CCSDPD would be responsible in Serving ‘Justice’ by preventing a $1,000,000 Crime to grow into a $2,000,000 Crime.
My THANKS goes for your TIME. Serving as the Attorney Taxpayer/Advocate in the Civil Court Case has provided much information to support these ‘Possible Crimes’, including the Nevada Revised Statutes and the CCSD Policies and Regulations. During the 5 plus years on the Quest For the Truth of My Insanity, other public knowledge has also been shared that can be relevant to the ‘Justice’ of these ‘Possible Crimes’. My services stand ready to serve in the search for ‘Justice’.
If any additional official CCSDPD paperwork is required to be completed to report these ‘Possible Crimes’, please forward them to my direction. Unless CCSDPD protocols read otherwise, a response from you or the CCSDPD will be expected. Your response will serve as written proof that ‘Possible Crimes’ of $1,000,000 or more have been reported by a Taxpayer/Advocate. Also, note the new cellphone number.

Sgt S Hewitt Responds

Good Morning George.
Thank you for your email. During our initial conversation at our main station, I was under the impression this situation was already being heard in court. I may have misunderstood. After reading your email, it seems there may be more that needs to be looked into/investigated. We will absolutely look into your concerns.
I have reached out to the officers that work in the Basic High School area. Officer Cochran is one of the campus officers and Officer Tiu is the patrol officer for the area.
I’ve added them to this email and they are also in possession of the packet you gave me during our initial conversation. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to them via email at any time. I will also be available to assist.
I will get an update from the officers after they look into the matter.
Thank you. I hope you and your family are doing well.

Sargent Steven,
THANKS are sent your way for your response concerning ‘Possible Crimes’. Since this correspondence is being conducted on the CCSD network, everything exchanged can be considered CCSD Public Documents. With that being the case, it will be with filters as the words write. It was the result of the Moment of Astonishment that interfered with signs that were being exchanged. Now that the interference has been reconciled, The Quest For the Truth of My Insanity can now sail into uncharted waters to seek ‘Justice’.
These ‘Possible Crimes’ should provide an interesting challenge for you, and your other officers. Signs say that Officers Cochran and Tiu will conduct an investigation in regards to my concerns as a Taxpayer/Advocate. Updates would be very beneficial, as the course of the Quest is being plotted. Plus, these updates can be shared with My Circle of Energy in order for them to provide their counsel. This Circle includes members of the Henderson Community that have crossed paths with you, the Las Vegas Community, and Communities of other towns and cities throughout the USA.
This 5 year Quest has been Fueled by the Energies of Community Members. They too, seek ‘Justice’, one way or the other. Until the CCSD Public Records of Scott Baker and the Scott Baker and the Southern Nevada Blue Sox, a private baseball team, are retrieved, speculation or half-truths remain. However, these half-truths show the signs that Scott Baker and the Southern Nevada Blue Sox has been operating ILLEGALLY on the campus of Basic Academy/HS in Henderson, NV.
CCSD Public Records will prove that no CCSD Legal Records exist for certain years that Scott Baker and the Southern Nevada Blue Sox was operating Legally according to CCSD Policies and Regulations. The years that do exist that Scott Baker and the Southern Nevada Blue Sox, a private baseball company, submitted CCSD Documents for their operations on CCSD property, half-truths point that these CCSD Documents were not completed according to the Policies and Regulations of the CCSD.
Discrepancies about the ‘non-profit’ status of Scott Baker and the Southern Nevada Blue Sox exist on the completed CCSD Documents. The rental fees and other requirements of CCSD properties by ‘For Profit’ private companies and private organizations for use during and after school hours are vastly different than for non-profit companies and organizations. Court Records will show along with public records on the internet that Scott Baker and the Southern Nevada Blue Sox had their ‘non-profit’ status revoked by the State of Nevada in early 2015.
As your investigation continues, my services remain offered. By the way, the family is experiencing Good Health and Good Fortune. Hopefully, the same is offered for you and your family.
George

Hopefully these words find you and your Inner Circle experiencing Good Health & Good Fortune. If your senses have the TIME, please continue reading for the Quest Now Rides the Winds of Autumn with My Gut & Radar navigating the controls. One of the many lessons for Growth that LIFE has taught MA&2B is to heed My Gut & Radar. The more One Listens to their G&R, Growth will continue to flourish. The moment that One stops Growin, is the moment that the Dirt Throwin begins.
If your senses are carrying forward with the words, please accept my THANKS for your TIME. Being Blest with the Gifts of Meaningful Relationships in LIFE is one of LIFE’S Treasured Rewards. My 2 Angels of INSANITY played a role in the construction of the upcoming updates. Angel Compassion, as a Soloist, was assigned to the case of MA&2B in November of 2013. In September of 2016, Angel Passion was also relegated to My Case as a Soloist. An agreement was arranged between Angel Compassion and Angel Passion to form the DUET in the Summer of 2017 to Guide and Protect MA&2B.
As with the DUET, all members of My Circle of Energy have their voluntarily or involuntarily date of enlistment for the Quest. Opting out of the Quest at any TIME can be accomplished by not reading the words about the Quest. The DUET with their recent Back Door Messages, sent the signal that activated My Gut & Radar. With My Circle of Energy on shore leave after the Quest docked in the harbor of the CCSDPD, the DUET hatched a Reconnaissance Mission for the CCSDPD investigation of Scott Baker and the SNBS. Next are the Results of the Recon Mission. After reading the updates, which include a recent email to Sargent Hewitt, Members of My Circle of Energy will be called from shore leave to rejoin the Quest.

RE: 2nd OFFICIAL REQUEST
This is the 2nd Official Request for updates concerning the Scott Baker and the Southern Nevada Blue Sox investigations. Officer Tiu would have been included in the 2nd Official Request for updates, however, without his first name, his email address could not be located in the CCSD employee directory. If the Casey Cochran email address is not the same as for Officer Cochran, the reader will have the choice to discard this email or to read on.
According to my Gmail account playinyourdreams51@gmail.com, the 1st Request was emailed on Sunday 9/27/20 at 5:45pm to the CCSD email address of Sargent Steven Hewitt. It was the same CCSD email address that sent a response to my Gmail address dated 8/10/20. The 1st Request for updates was dated 9/28/20.

Sargent Steven
Since there has not been any updates from your office concerning ‘Justice’ in the Scott Baker and the Southern Nevada Blue Sox matter, as a Taxpayer/Advocate it is in the ‘Best Interests’ of all members of the Basic Academy/HS Zone and beyond that my words take advantage of your ‘Generous Offer’ and reach out for any possible updates from your office or from Officer Cochran and Officer Tiu.
With the Quest For the Truth of My Insanity now entering its 6th year, Sargent Steven Hewitt and his team along with others in the CCSDPD now steers the course for ‘Justice’. The Quest has delivered results from many other ports. Some results lessened My Insanity, while other results increased My Insanity. Many of the results were answers to questions. Questions still remained unanswered. One of the early questions back in the summer of 2015 has not yet been answered. The question has been asked in writings to others with no responses. The question is multifaceted and goes something like this with add-ons.
How can a person, with no college degree, who is not a contracted full-time employee of the CCSD, nor is the person under contract with the CCSD as an outside vendor/contractor, but is only an ‘At Will Hire’ as a community helper head baseball coach; Who is permitted to operate a private baseball business that does not possess a valid Child-Care License for the City of Henderson, the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, NV and the State of Nevada on the campus of Basic Academy/HS on taxpayers’ property and taxpayers’ expense with no CCSD Public Records/Documents that grants the CCSD ‘Legal Permission’ to do so?
Plus, with the help of possible Fraud, Corruption, and BULLYING, how is Scott Baker granted Legal CCSD permission to rake in an estimated $100,000 plus a year through his private baseball business, which now totals over $1.5 million during the past almost 10 years while operating on CCSD taxpayers’ property and expense?
When these questions are answered with the Legal CCSD Public Records/Documents and other facts uncovered during the CCSDPD Investigation, the results may or may not increase or lessen My Insanity. However, ‘Justice’ will be the result.
Thank you for your TIME,
George

EXCERPTS FROM 2ND REQUEST TO SGT S HEWITT 10/4/22
The opening of the 8/10/22 Sgt S Hewitt letter sends a mix message. Regardless of how our very brief, rushed, initial conversation was, the contents of the Brown Envelope that was placed in the hands of Sargent Hewitt on March 30, 2020 clearly reports with credible evidence that was the result of the evidence submitted for the Civil Court Case No.: A-18-785265-C, which included the possible criminal activities committed by Scott Baker and the Southern Nevada Blue Sox private baseball company, while operating on the campus of Basic Academy/HS in Henderson, NV. since the 2010-11 school year through the 2019-20 school year.
The mix messages continued. One only had to open up the Brown Envelope to discover the contents. Either, Sargent Hewitt did not open and read the contents of the Brown Envelope while in his possession for over 4 months. Or, Sargent Hewitt was ordered by his superiors to ‘Stand Down’ the Scott Baker and the SNBS investigation for ‘Justice’. Another possibility is to name your own reason. The decision to not open an investigation into the possible crimes of Scott Baker and the SNBS was delayed for over 4 months until Sargent Hewitt wrote in the above letter dated 8/10/20 that an investigation by the CCSDPD would get started.
The mix message letter also stated that a request for updates for the investigation would be honored. Unless ordered by his superiors to ‘Stand Down’, Sargent Hewitt falls short of practicing the virtue of INTEGRITY as stated on the CCSDPD website Mission Statement. INTEGRITY, ‘Say What You Mean. Mean What You Say. Disagree Agreeably’.
As a Taxpayer/Advocate with a reasonable request for the retrieval of archived CCSD Public Documents pertaining to Scott Baker and Scott Baker and the Southern Nevada Blue Sox that was estimated to take about 30 man hours according to the head of the CCSD Public Record Department, the CCSDPD have possibly failed in their legal duties according to the Nevada Revised Statutes to seek ‘Justice’.
To reconcile this situation, the CCSD, the CCSDPD, Sargent Hewitt and Officer Cochran have a few options in the search for ‘Justice’ in the matter of Scott Baker and the SNBS and their possible crimes of Fraud, Corruption, and BULLYING.
* Complete a thorough investigation for ‘Justice’ in the matter of Scott Baker and the Southern Nevada Blue Sox and submit to Taxpayer/Advocate, George N Feher a copy of the report and a copy of all materials, including all CCSD Public Records that were utilized for the report.
* The CCSD superiors will agree with ‘Let’s Make a Deal IV’ that was submitted by Taxpayer/Advocate George N Feher to CCSD CFO Jason Goudie and General Counsel of the CCSD Elisa Lavelle dated March 2, 2020.
* Choose SILENCE.
It was the 2 rulings of Judge Joe Hardy Jr in the Civil Court Case No.: A-18-785265-C, that provided the direction for the Quest to seek ‘Justice’.
1. Though the Complaint for a Temporary Injunction was denied, Judge Joe Hardy Jr. ruled, ‘Without Prejudice’ that the case of Taxpayer/Advocate, George N Feher had ‘Legal Merits’, just not in his Courtroom for a Temporary Injunction.
2. In the ruling for the CCSD to collect Legal Fees from George N Feher, Judge Joe Hardy Jr ruled that George N Feher, a Taxpayer/Advocate, did not have to pay the CCSD Legal Fees for Civil Court Case No.: A-18-785265-C. Again, Judge Joe Hardy Jr ruled that the case had possible ‘Legal Merits’ in another jurisdiction and/or courtroom.
The CCSDPD and or the CCSD will have until 5pm October 12, 2020, to send a response to Taxpayer/Advocate, George N Feher. If SILENCE is chosen as an option, THANKS will be extended to God for the CCSD Gift of Insanity. Then the Quest For the Truth of My Insanity will freely set sail with the Autumn Winds to another Public Law Enforcement Agency that will have more Legal Powers than the CCSD and the CCSDPD.
The Brown Envelope that will be placed in the Hands of another Public Law Enforcement Agency will include the same credible evidence discovered in Civil Court Case No.: A-18-785265-C concerning the possible crimes of Scott Baker and the SNBS that was submitted to Sargent Hewitt. Included will also be all the email letters between Sargent Hewitt with Taxpayer/Advocate George N Feher.
‘Justice’ will be sought in the possible criminal acts of Fraud, Corruption and BULLYING by Scott Baker and the SNBS private baseball company on Taxpayers’ property at Basic Academy/HS. In addition, possible State and Federal charges of ‘Discrimination’ against Scott Baker and the SNBS along with the CCSD will be included.
Until legally proven otherwise, and as viewed by other members of the Basic Academy/HS Zone and beyond, Scott Baker and the SNBS is also an Unethical, Immoral operation that Discriminates against sons/families of Low-Income and sons/families that possess ‘Common Sense’. These sons/families either could not afford to pay the Scott Baker ‘Bully Fees’ to play baseball at Basic Academy/HS because of their Low-Income; or they refused to pay the Scott Baker ‘Bully Fees’, because of ‘Common Sense’. These 2 reasons resulted in their sons, as potential baseball players, to have their ‘Rights’ Discriminated Against, which resulted in Damages, including having their ‘Rights’ Forfeited to play high school baseball at Basic Academy/HS.
Plus, another more Powerful Legal Public Law Enforcement Agency can decide on the intent of the actions of the CCSDPD and the CCSD concerning their handling of the possible credible crimes of Scott Baker and the Southern Nevada Blue Sox. Perhaps an investigation for possible criminal acts by the CCSDPD and the CCSD may be warranted and result in discovering that the CCSDPD and the CCSD is practicing, Complicity, Dereliction of Legal Duty, Cover-Up, Collusion, Aiding & Abetting, and the Obstruction of ‘Justice’, to list just a few.
Taxpayer/Advocate
George N Feher
(End of Updates)
As the Autumn Winds of 2020 set the course, the Quest For the Truth of My Insanity will continue to sail under the Flag of ‘Justice’ with its many Banners, including the Banner of ‘NO FEAR’
In an expedient response, Sargent Hewitt sent the next message.
10/4/20
Good Evening.
Your first request for an update was forwarded to the investigating officers (Officer Tiu and Officer Cochran). I have added both of them to my response to you.
I will check with the officers tomorrow morning and ensure they provide you with an update.
Please note, updates provided via email will not include investigative details. You are more than welcome to obtain the report that was completed. After I speak with the officers tomorrow morning, I will ensure they provide with the report number and the details on how to obtain a copy of the report, if you wish.
Hope all is well.
