For those of you who are loyal, part-time, or first TIME readers of the Nick Feher ‘TAKE 5’ Foundation, welcome again inside the Quest For the Truth of My INSANITY. The Quest has plucked a Gem Result in a Ruling after 7 months from the Courts. My GRATITUDE is once again sent to those who follow our page, including readers that have acknowledged the ‘Truthful Contents’ of our writings. Total servings of words equal about 9,600.
Many ways can be used to describe the Quest of ‘TAKE 5’ and its ‘Day in Court’. For this story, written from my Fishbowl in Henderson NV, the ending will be revealed first, followed by the events that led to the ending. Before the story is told, My Circle of Energy(CoE) deserves my GRATITUDE and a ‘STOMPING of My FEET’ for providing the Fuel for the Quest of the Truth of My Insanity. Since the last DNL #14, My CoE has increased in diameter. This Diameter now includes, #12, Tom-Tom, and the 4 Musketeers. The Enchanted Forest, aka Piazza Lounge in the Tuscany Suites/Casino sends Queen Noir Nightingale, Sir Charles, & the Alchemist. The 3 Amigos, GM, N8, V&V, My 2 Angels of Insanity-Compassion & Passion, and other Angels disguised, as Humans are also included.
In the book ‘The Kybalion’ A Study of the Hermetic Philosophy of Ancient Egypt and Greece, the Three Initiates describe the Laws of the Universe. As mentioned previously, Humans are governed by many Laws including, the Laws of the Universe, the Laws of Religion, the Laws of Nature, and the Laws of Man. One can argue and say that these Laws HELP Prevent Chaos by Identifying RIGHT from Wrong. For without Laws, there would be No Order.
The Law of Vibration states, “Nothing rests; everything moves; everything vibrates.” At one end of the Vibration Pole rests the ‘Spirit’ On the other end, rests extreme gross forms of Matter. Existing between these two poles are many millions different forms and rates of modes of Vibration. According to Modern Science, what is called Energy and Matter are but ‘modes of vibratory motion’.
The Three Initiates write, “Science teaches that Light, Heat, Magnetism, and Electricity are but forms of vibratory motion connected in some way with, and probably emanating from the Ether. Science does not as yet attempt to explain the nature of phenomena known as Cohesion, which is the principle of Molecular Attraction; nor Chemical Affinity, which is the principle of Atomic Attraction; nor Gravitation (the greatest mystery of the three), which is the principle of attraction by which every particle or mass of Matter is bound to every other particle or mass.
These three forms of Energy are not as yet understood by science, yet the writers incline to the opinion that these too are manifestations of some form of vibratory energy. The Hermetic Teachings state that all manifestation of thought, emotion, reason, will or desire, or any mental state or condition, are accompanied by vibrations, a portion of which are thrown off and which tend to affect the minds of other persons by “induction”. This is the principle which produces the phenomena of “telepathy” mental influence, and other forms of the action and power of mind over mind. (Think ESPN, the Extraordinary Sensory Perception Network)
Every thought, emotion or mental state has its corresponding rate and mode of vibration. And by an effort of the will of the person, or of other persons, these mental states may be reproduced, just as a musical tone may be reproduced by causing an instrument to vibrate at a certain rate—just as color may be reproduced in the same way. With knowledge of the Principle of Vibration, as applied to Mental Phenomena, one may polarize his mind at any degree he wishes, thus gaining a perfect control over his mental states, moods, etc. In the same way he may affect the minds of others producing the desired mental states in them”.
In ‘Simple Terms’, One is a creation of One’s own thoughts. If One wants to Fly with the Eagles, One has stop seeing Oneself as being a Pigeon. One has to possess the Courage to become an Eagle and learn to Fly with the Eagles. Unless One stops being part of a flock of Pigeons, a Pigeon One will remain.

This Acronym will identify ‘TAKE 5’. 2B refers to the theory that a Male possess 2 BRAINS. One is the Primary Brain located in the skull. Two refers to the Primal Brain that is located between the legs. It is KNOWN that at TIMES, the Male thinks First with the Primal Brain causing conflict with Primary Brain. This is the Result of the Male Primal Brain being programmed for only 3 Functions, 1. Continuation of the species, 2. Sexual Pleasures & Joy, 3. Urination
My Circle of Energy is comprised of Eagles and other Forms of Fantastic Good Energy (FGE) that supply the Fuel during My Quest for the Truth of My Insanity. It was that FGE that Circled MA&2B while standing at the Plaintiff’s table on July 10, 2019 in the Courtroom of Judge Joe Hardy Jr. Judge Joe Jr was a former student of MA&2B during my TIME as a Teacher at Garrett JHS in Boulder City, NV during the 1980’s. After reviewing 7 months of the 1st Complaint, along with 2 other Amended Complaints, a few Motions to Dismiss along with a few Counter Motions, and pages of evidence, A Ruling was handed down.
Without Prejudice, Judge Joe Hardy Jr, ruled in favor of the CCSD Motion to Dismiss, dismissing the Lawsuit of ‘TAKE 5’. When the Court proceedings ended, ‘TAKE 5’ extended THANKS to Judge Joe Jr for a Gem Result was rendered. From the beginning of the CCSD Game of RIGHT vs Wrong in the 8th District Court, a Gem Result is what ‘TAKE 5’ sought. When the CCSD Game ended, ‘TAKE 5’ walked out of the Courtroom with a Gem Result in the shoulder bag and on a Road Not Taken. As a reader, the Ending has been revealed. DNL#14 ending included, ‘During the last series of text messages from the Discourse to My 2 Angels of INSANITY, Relationships, INTEGRITY & HONOR were emphasized. It was noted by MA&2B that the level of INTEGRITY & HONOR practiced by Angel Compassion & Angel Passion with their relationships, including with each other and Oneself, had gaps of INCONSISTENCIES. MA&2B KNOWS of the boy-toy and the fiancé. However, the fiancé and boy-toy KNOW nothing of My Relationships with the Angels of INSANITY, Angel Compassion and Angel Passion. It was suggested for My 2 Angels of INSANITY to focus on strengthening their relationships with their boy-toy and fiancé instead of engaging with the INCONSISTENCIES of sending MA&2B Backdoor & Cryptic Messages. Or, until TIME & Forces raise their levels of INTEGRITY & HONOR that matches MA&2B.
Their INFLUENCES in the LIFE of MA&2B will be ‘Etched in Stone’ for all to read and for all to see. Their CONTRIBUTIONS for the Quest of the Truth of My INSANITY and for the Road Not Taken as the Vixen Angels of INSANITY(?), will be part of future stories. Perhaps, TIME & Forces will shape their tale as the Quest for the TRUTHS of Vixen Angel Compassion & Vixen Angel Passion Continue.

Honesty continues as the story unfolds. Judge Joe Jr had ruled previously on Monday 3/4/19 that an Amended Complaint could be refiled. The 1st Amended Complaint, which was presented in DNL #14, ‘You Be the Judge’ was filed in court on Monday 3/18/19. It was also ruled that TIME would then be permitted for an exchange of Motions and that Judge Joe Hardy Jr would then review all the documents in Chambers on Monday April 29, 2019 and issue a Ruling. A few days after the Chamber Hearing, an email from the Court arrived stating that Judge Joe Jr had issued another Court Hearing for more Oral Arguments on Wednesday 5/22/19.
It was decided by the Legal Firm of One-BUTT to prepare a 15-minute Oral Argument for 5/22/19. If this was the ‘Last At Bat’ for the CCSD Game, Team RIGHT was going to get its money worth and leave it all on the field. Excerpts from letters to My Circle of Energy will be used for the rest of the way. When warranted, Editor’s Notes (EN) will be added.

My Circle of Energy
The gaze outside the writing window adds to the Energy of Writing, while my thoughts reflect on Wednesday’s proceedings in court. Entry into the journal of The Quest For the Truth of My Insanity would read as follows.
After signing in for the CCSD Court Game, MA&2B took up residence in the back row to wait for the public address announcer to announce the batting order. The Court Game did not start on TIME for the Umpire was late. After a brief rise for the Ump, the Court Game began. The batting order apparently is prearranged, and probably would be revealed if asked during the sign-ins. MA&2B decided to keep it a mystery in order to add the flavor for the Court Game. While waiting in the extremely large on-deck area, my thoughts would drift to My Circle of Energy.
My Circle of Energy has provided the FUEL for the Quest For the Truth of My Insanity. Energies contribute in numerous ways. Some Energies remain SILENT, which in my scorebook means CONSENT, which equates to the CONSENT to Continue. Other Energies offer Front Door Words of Encouragement, and some Energies send Backdoor Messages of Encouragement.
In my email to QNN on Tuesday that included the Oral Argument, Voltaire’s name was included. Voltaire and other Greats subscribe to the thoughts that ‘Luck’ does not live on planet earth. MA&2B has brought a subscription on their thoughts on ‘Luck’. Occurrences in our LIVES are not random, but actually a Result of our Energies and the Energies of others that come in contact with our Energy, including the Earth and the Universe. Nothing endures but Change.
While waiting to be called to bat, Change would be a Result from my TIME in the batter’s box. The Case was signaled to bat third. Accompanying my legal firm of One-BUTT to the Plaintiff’s table was Preparedness for it was all that was under the control of MA&2B. As the Ump Joe Hardy Jr laid out the ground rules, it was discovered that the Opposition for the Motion to Dismiss was missing from the ground rules for our Game. Umpire Joe then ruled that because of the mishap, our turn in the batting order would now be moved further down the lineup until his assistant made a new copy of the missing ground rules. MA&2B then returned to the on-deck circle to wait.
With only a few batters remaining and with Ump Joe Jr fighting fatigue from all the arguments from the batters while rendering decisions, it was TIME to return to Home Plate for our moment. As with any Game, certain expectations are brought by the players. MA&2B brought their expectations. Either the Game would move to a trial or the Game would end. The Defense Attorney went first at the Plate serving the usual rhetoric of legal laws and the reasons for a Motion to Dismiss the Case. In a bold move when MA&2B was called to the Plate, permission was asked for and granted by the Ump to step up the podium to deliver the Oral Argument that was prepared by the legal team of One-BUTT.
During the delivery by the Defense, Ump Joe Jr was reading the Opposition for the Motion to Dismiss, which was odd. For according to the notice from the court all motions plus the Amended Complaint were reviewed in Chambers that resulted in today’s Game. During my opening statement, Ump Joe Jr continued to multi-task. He read and listen to the Oral Argument. During the reading of the 1st page, Ump Joe Jr fired off a question from his spot behind Home Plate. The question included the word, Taxpayer. MA&2B answered with HONESTY. Ump Joe Jr ears were as keen as the top Umps in the Game when he interrupted page two of the Oral Argument.
He asked, ‘Did I hear you correctly, when you said that your legal firm was called One-BUTT’. I replied, yes your Honor. The name was chosen for My Circle of Energy that has been assisting with the case. After a sentence or two, Ump Joe Jr started to fire hardball questions to MA&2B with the word Taxpayer included. Though these Hardballs brushed MA&2B off the Plate, my feet steadied in the Batter’s Box at the Podium. HONEST answers flowed off my bat with returns to Ump Joe Jr. With permission, my Oral Arguments resumed for a short bit only to be stopped again by Ump Joe Jr.
While looking at the clock on the wall behind my back, Ump Joe Jr. ruled that only 2 minutes remained on the clock for my TIME at the Plate. With 13 pages still remaining, all of my Batters would not have TIME to bat. As MA&2B gathered itself, a question popped in. Why was there no TIME limit placed on the other Batters in the Court Game today? When the TIME ended, less than a Handful of Batters had their opportunities at the Plate. The Very Best was offered by those Batters that made a Plate appearance.
The Defense Attorney was permitted one final chance to bat and then came the ruling. Umpire Joe Hardy Jr in Baseball Rules Talk, ruled for more innings to be played in the CCSD Game. While noting certain Baseball Rules, he directed the law firm of One-BUTT to submit another Amended Complaint and to focus its substance on the claims as a Taxpayer. A two-week TIME limit was placed on the Amended Complaint to be followed by a two-week period for the Defense Team to submit any Motion to Dismiss. Umpire Joe Jr then scheduled another Game of Oral Arguments for July 10, 2019.
MA&2B were too STUNNED to glance at the Defense Attorney. It can be assumed that her STUNNED face was equal to or greater than the face of MA&2B. This is what MA&2B KNOWS. The Principle of Vibration played a critical role in the Game. Vibrations caused the batting order to be changed, which then altered the TIME. With the noon hour approaching, Ump Joe Jr placed a TIME limit on the Oral Arguments of the legal firm One-BUTT, for a few more batters were still in the on-deck circle. The restriction of TIME affected the Vibrations of the remaining Batters of the legal team of One-Butt, which can now be used in the New Amended Complaint, for it can be altered and argued from a Taxpayer’s perspective.
My longest KNOWN Friend in Las Vegas, Tony D of DiMaria Studio, gave MA&2B a ‘Verbal Spanking of LOVE’ while he cut my hair after the CCSD Game. He was shared the News from the Court first. During the ‘Verbal Spanking’, he suggested for MA&2B to stop viewing the Court Case as a Game for it is serious business. His experience has taught him that Humor has to be benched for the Court Game . As usual, we ‘Disagreed Agreeably’. MA&2B agreed that Humor will now be benched.

TIME for a personal note. The Renovations of the Dream Home continue with a new color of paint. Colors of the Earth, Sky, and Water will now greet those entering the Dream Home into the Zen Room. The Outside will also reside in the Inside. The 2019 College Football Pilgrimage has been scheduled with the 3rd, 5th & 6th Oldest College Football Stadiums in the USA. Last stop is #5 Davis Wade Stadium at Mississippi State with Alabama as the opponent. In the middle is #6 Vaught-Hemingway Stadium, University of Mississippi. The game includes not an SEC opponent, but New Mexico State. Remember, the Pilgrimage is about the Stadiums and the Games are the ‘Celebration of Pigskin’.
Leading off the Pilgrimage is Bobby Dodd Stadium at Georgia Tech University. As a ‘Bonus Blessing’ the opponent is Pitt my Alma Mater. With a seat on the 30 yard, 3 rows up behind the Pitt bench, ‘Ball Bustin’ TIMES will be shared with the Pitt Faithful. For without a College Football Stadium on the campus of Pitt University, and unless Pitt breaks the record, Pitt will not ever play for a National College Football Title.
The Law of Vibrations and other Laws of the Universe has created My Circle of Energy and MA&2B will Wear It With Honor as the Court Game continues. More Energy from My Circle will be called upon for the next ruling of Ump Joe Jr for it will probably be based on the following choices.

EN—While waiting to Bat in the CCSD Game, My IMAGINATION had TIME to play. Vixen Angel Compassion had shared a Relationship for almost 6 years with MA&2B. Many words had been bounced off of her Energy during that TIME. The Energy of Vixen Angel Compassion led MA&2B to the direction of Vixen Angel Passion, who also permitted my words to bounce off of her Energy during our Relationship the last 3 years. Since the Summer of 2017, my writings and other materials including ARTWORK have been equally shared with both Angels of INSANITY as in a Bizarre Epiphanic Phenomenal Vampyric Relationship (BEPVR) governed by HONESTY.
Our BEPVR had morphed into ‘The Groundhog Day Game’ that was based on the movie ‘Groundhog Day’. A pattern developed. Words and More were sent to their direction by MA&2B followed by ‘Backdoor & Cryptic Messages’ from My 2 Angels of INSANITY. My IMAGINATION then received a Side-Ruling from the Mental Energies of Judge Joe Jr concerning the Rules of ‘The Groundhog Day Game’. The Ruling included, if TIME & Forces permitted, these Rules should be shared with Vixen Angel Compassion and Vixen Angel Passion. The New Rules included a name change for ‘The Groundhog Day Game’. ‘The Groundhog Day Game’ was now called ‘The New Dimension of the Simple LIFE Game’.
Ump Joe Jr stated that New Rules would be put into effect, starting after the Last Text Message of MA&2B to Vixen Angel Compassion & Vixen Angel Passion on Sunday, 5/26/19. Backdoor & Cryptic Messages from Vixen Angel Compassion & Vixen Angel Passion would now only count as Blessings. In order for this BEPVR to continue with words and more from MA&2B, only Front Door Messages from Vixen Angel Compassion & Vixen Angel Passion would earn a response. With Vixen Angel Compassion now engaged to her boy-toy, and Vixen Angel Passion now in a 2 plus year relationship with her boy-toy, both again were encouraged to spend more TIME nurturing those relationships with HONESTY.
As the story shifts, during the weekend of May 24, 25, and 26, Inspiration entered MA&2B for the 2nd Amended Complaint that had to be filed before the Clerk’s Office closed on Wed 6/3/19. It was called the ‘CLOSER’. As in Baseball, the ‘CLOSER’ would either ‘Seal the Deal’ or not.

My Circle of Energy,
With a mixture of blue skies and white clouds appearing out the View Window, it was appropriate to ‘Cover All Bases’ before writing this letter. The CLOSER was officially entered into the CCSD Game on Monday, 6/3/19. A copy of the CLOSER’S Words is attached minus the legalese. The CCSD Attorney should be receiving her copy soon.
Since My Quest For the Truth of My Insanity was christened in the Spring of 2015, the CLOSER has now been declared eligible. If your TIME allows, the words of the CLOSER are yours to read. Some words were used previously in other court documents, while new words have been added.
The Defense Attorney will now have about 2 weeks to plot her next strategy with a Motion to Dismiss. MA&2B will have an opportunity, if needed, to respond with an Opposition. The next CCSD Game is scheduled for Wednesday, July 10, 2019 with more Oral Arguments. My legal firm of One-BUTT is unfamiliar with these Court Games. In some Court Games, rulings from Ump Joe Jr have resulted in a judgement that could be monetary or not for the Plaintiff. Other rulings have favored the Defendants, with some rulings granted extended time. According to the info provided, Ump Joe Jr will be the Sole Ruler for this Court Game, unless he grants a Jury Trial.
The CLOSER has rearranged not only the words but also the playing field. My THANKS go to God, the Holy Spirit, the ‘Little Guys’ that exist in MA&2B along with My Circle of Energy for their HELP during My Quest For the Truth of My Insanity. Greetings to My Circle of Energy,
TIME & Forces have created ‘Fireworks’ for MA&2B to share with you. But first, please accept my THANKS for your Support, Inspiration, and Energy as the Quest For the Truth of My Insanity continues. Your SIE was used as Fuel to create and shoot-off the Fireworks into the skies of the Las Vegas Valley. Since Umpire Joe Jr extended the Game into extra innings, the slower pace has been utilized by MA&2B. For in two weeks, the Game resumes again in Umpire Joe Jr’s Courtroom.
A ‘Special Concoction’ of Fuel was the result of the Birthday Festivities in the Enchanted Forest for Queen Noir Nightingale last Monday night on June 17, 2019. As an invited guest, it was an Honor and Privilege to bask in the Authentic Energies created by the other guests. My Circle of Energy mirrors those Authentic Energies. After mixing the ‘Special Concoction’ with Tom-Tom’s stories of ‘Impressive Efforts’, and GM for using the letters AG, plus additional SIE, Fireworks were created.
GM lives outside of Houston and with his wife owns and operates a Top Catering Business in the Houston area. Our Relationship began in the early 2000’s while serving TIME together at Chaparral High School in Las Vegas. After earning his education degree, his reward was observing humungous cockroaches that one could saddle, strut across his desk. GM interpreted it as a sign to put aside his Dreams of selling legal pharmaceuticals to enter the Dreams of the UNKNOWN Catering Business. Philosophical and LIFE’S Bullcrap is shoveled on a regular basis.
The Fireworks were also influenced by the unopened, unread court documents delivered Tuesday, June 18, 2019 via email by the CCSD Defense Team. Current plans are to open the email if still available next Tuesday, July 2, 2019 to prepare for Oral Arguments. Regardless of the contents, it is in the Best Interests of the Game, not to submit any further written Oppositions. Umpire Joe Jr can then rule on the Merits of the Game already presented to the Court. The next email/letter was shot-off as Fireworks. It is titled, ‘Possible Criminal Activities’.

The purpose of this letter is to serve as an Official Notification for reporting possible criminal activities that have been conducted and still occurring on the campus of Basic Academy/HS at 400 Palo Verde Dr. in Henderson, NV. As a Taxpayer and resident of Henderson NV since 1979, it is my Civic and Community Duty to report these possible criminal activities to your office.
Clark County Treasure Office will show records that I am a Taxpayer for Parcel Number: 179-09-105-006, Tax District: 505, Property Location: 332 Hull St. Henderson, NV. This property is located in the Basic Academy/HS Zone. The Statement of Tax Distribution will show that I have been paying taxes to the CCSD.
These possible criminal activities were discovered during the investigative phase for Case No.: A-18-785265-C in the Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County Nevada in Department 15. Evidence in the case shows that a private childcare baseball business identified as Scott Baker and the Southern Nevada Blue Sox (SNBS) was conducting business on the campus of Basic Academy/HS without the proper CCSD forms and documentations. The school years in question are the 2010-11, 2011-12, 2012-13, 2013-14, and 2014-15. CCSD Public Records have no evidence that the CCSD Policies and Regulations concerning the use of CCSD properties and facilities were followed by Scott Baker and the SNBS.
Without proof of the legal CCSD Public Records, Scott Baker and the SNBS operated illegally on the campus of Basic Academy/HS with the use of Taxpayers’ money. This is a violation of CCSD Policies and Regulations. As a violation of CCSD Policies and Regulations, the business operations of Scott Baker and the SNBS on the campus of Basic Academy/HS can also be perceived as a violation of the Nevada Revised Statutes, which governs Public Schools in the State of Nevada. If violations occurred within the CCSD Policies and Regulations and the NRS, then possible criminal activities have occurred.
Other evidence presented in the above-mentioned case shows that CCSD forms and documentations submitted by Scott Baker and the SNBS for the 2015-16 school year have been falsified and approved by the Basic Academy/HS administration. These approved, falsified CCSD forms and documents granted Scott Baker and the SNBS a ‘favorable fee’ for using the campus of Basic Academy/HS.
This ‘favorable fee’ resulted in the Taxpayers’ money being used to subsidize the business operations of Scott Baker and the SNBS on the campus of Basic Academy/HS. It has also been discovered that as a private childcare baseball business, Scott Baker and the SNBS has been operating on the campus of Basic Academy/HS without the proper legal business licenses for the City of Henderson NV, Clark County NV, and the State of Nevada.
My duty as a Taxpayer and Resident of Henderson, NV has been fulfilled by reporting this information to Melissa Alessi, Esq., Lead Counsel of the CCSD General Counsel Office. As an Officer of the Court, it will now be her Legal and Civic Duty to do with the information as she sees fit.

Regardless of the results for Case No.: A-18-785265-C in the Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County Nevada in Department 15, the Quest For the Truth of My Insanity will continue with a few more Port of Calls. One Port will be the Nevada Attorney General’s Office with another Port of Call at the Nevada State Police Office. All necessary evidence from Case No.: A-18-785265-C and more, including the ‘Official Notification’ to Melissa Alessi Esq., will be submitted to their Offices as part of my ongoing Taxpayer, and Civic Community Duty.
The Nevada Attorney General Office and the Nevada State Police Office can then decide if Scott Baker and the SNBS followed all of the CCSD Policies and Regulations and the NRS. Once their investigation is completed, their Offices can then determine if possible criminal activities has occurred.

With Extra Innings beginning on Wednesday, July 10, 2019, the Bench will be called upon to contribute. The Axiom, ‘A Team is only as Strong as its Bench’, will be tested during Extra Innings. Many Players have made contributions to send the CCSD Game into Extra Innings. After sitting for over 6 months, the Bench will now be given the opportunity to seek Results.
Final Game preparations have been ongoing with the many Energies shared by My Circle of Energy that has provided the Fuel for the Bench. And the Team’s GRATITUDE is extended to them. Examples include,
* Wed, 6/26/19, #12 writes—“Greetings from Bangkok, Thailand where Bonnie and I are celebrating our 39th anniversary. I appreciated your update and look forward to a favorable outcome when we return to the USA on July 3. Until then, be well and please keep me informed. As always, I am in your corner and eager to help”.
* Monday, 7/1/19—QNN and her Trio in the Enchanted Forest shared her Energy with her songs that can best be described as ‘Fuel for the Soul’. The Alchemist, Sir Charles and others sent Blessings to MA&2B with ‘Wishes of Good Fortune’. As an exit bonus, 3 Embraces were exchanged with QNN.

* Raphael a 4 Musketeer continued sending his ‘Backdoor Messages’ through LINKEDIN this past week.
* Thursday 7/4/19—After experiencing a ‘Strange Sensation’ mid-morning while Contemplating, GM sends a text from his Beach Home in Pismo Beach wishing MA&2B a Happy 4th and asked about feeling the shaking. He said he felt shaking while in bed in Pismo Beach. Not KNOWING that an earthquake had just happened, my text sent back read, ‘Are the 2 Events related’? MA&2B then went to the local grocery store.
* Thursday 7/4/19—While leaving the grocery store, MA&2B has a brief encounter with Donatello another 4 Musketeer. Pleasantries and a hug were exchanged. Donatello explained that the others were depending on him to ‘Bring the Food’ and expediency called.
* Thursday 7/4/19—The neighborhood and the Las Vegas Valley contributed to an ‘Outstanding Firework Show’ as MA&2B watched from the upstairs deck and backyard.
* Friday 7/5/19–KH the Masseuse in the early morning hours, began his 2 hour, every 3 week, ‘Treatment’, opening up the Chakras of MA&2B to harness more Energy from the Universe, to prepare for ‘Extra Innings’. A ‘steam’ to cleanse followed.
* Friday 7/5/19—Later that night, another earthquake sent its Energy to MA&2B, followed by a text from my daughter, Megan, who once suggested for MA&2B to seek Mental Help during the early stages of My Quest. As the ‘Protective Daughter’, she was checking on the welfare of MA&2B. Texts were exchanged about the ‘Freaky Event’ and lunch was scheduled for later this week.
* Saturday, July 6th—Late in the AM, while drinking a cold brew coffee from fresh beans supplied by CRCR in Boulder City, NV and discussing the Bench with my Associates Vito & Michael Corleone, from West Aliquippa, Nick Hummingbird stopped by to hang out on the Wind Chimes to share his Blessings & Energy. See attached pics. Wind Chimes are memories from the College Football Pilgrimages. One Chime is from Texas A&M, Thanksgiving Day, 2016. The other Chime is for Clemson U, 2017.
* After the previous Oral Argument 5/22/19, a text message was sent by MA&2B and received by My 2 Angels of Insanity, Compassion & Passion. The Main Ruling by Judge Joe Jr was not the topic. It explained the Side Rulings by Judge Joe Jr of the New Dimension and the Simple LIFE Game.
* The New Dimension of the Simple LIFE according to the Side Ruling by Judge Joe Jr requires that only Front Door Messages can be acknowledged.
- Since that text explaining the Side Ruling, Backdoor Messages continue to dot my landscape from My 2 Angels of Insanity on a regular basis. And at the same TIME, the Side Ruling of Judge JJ that filtered into My IMAGINATION continues to be Honored by MA&2B. If Angel Compassion of INSANITY and/or Angel Passion of INSANITY cross your Path, please inform them that their Blessings are used for Fuel.
During the conference call with the Godfathers, and while adding all the Fuel supplied by My Circle of Energy, it was decided to take a Road Not Taken into the UNKNOWN for the Bench. The email from the CCSD Legal Team submitted to the Court, would not be opened and read my MA&2B for Extra Innings. Whatever strategy they employ, will be ruled on by Ump Joe Jr. It was decided to let the Bench deliver its own performance in order for Ump Joe Jr to submit a Ruling.
When asked to speak by Judge Joe Jr, the following will be the reply of MA&2B.
‘With your permission your Honor, I would like to take about 5 minutes of your TIME and read my Oral Argument’.

While Tinkering with the Bench on Tuesday, one more paragraph was added near the end. It read, ‘In closing your Honor, as a Taxpayer, this relationship between the CCSD with Scott Baker and the Southern Nevada Blue Sox has resulted in damages to the Plaintiff. Plus, damages have also occurred to the past and current youth and potential baseball players and/or their families that reside in the Basic Academy/HS Zone. If left unabated, damages to the future youth and potential baseball players and/or their families that reside in the Basic Academy HS/ Zone will continue’. It was added, for the CCSD Game was not ever about Monetary Damages, but HELPING Others in the Basic Academy/HS zone.

May my THANKS be extended to the Court once again. Five weeks ago in this courtroom, specific instructions were offered by the Court for the filing of the Amended Complaint for a Temporary Injunction. The Amended Complaint filed with the court on June 3, 2019 meets the standards of the court rules in the State of Nevada. 1. A claim of damages has been stated. 2. The damages are fairly traceable to the actions of the defendants. 3. A demand for relief is sought.
It must be added that the Plaintiff’s or my relationship with Basic HS began many years prior to this incident. As a teacher at Garrett JHS in Boulder City, it started in the early 1980’s when I was hired as a Basketball and Football Coach at Basic HS. Over the years until the late 1990’s, I coached 2 basketball seasons, and 6 football seasons at Basic HS. In between, a few years were spent coaching at Boulder City HS and Las Vegas HS.
After leaving the CCSD coaching ranks, my coaching services were offered and accepted by the City of Henderson Youth Basketball, the Southern Nevada Soccer Association, the Henderson Little League, the Henderson Girls Softball Association, and the City of Henderson Fall Baseball League.
It was in the early 2000’s that my services were offered and accepted by Mike Kazek the Head Varsity Baseball Coach at Basic HS for the summer baseball program. My early duties included assisting with the Timet Summer Baseball Tournament and volunteering my time as a Booster and Baseball Parent. After 2 years, my services increased to include the Manager of the Timet Junior Division Baseball Team in the American Legion Summer League for an additional two years.
My involvement with Basic HS and the Baseball Program as a Parent and/or Booster lasted until the Spring of 2015. Other highlights during that time include,
* After the many financial contributions from the Henderson Community and beyond, the annual Nick Feher Memorial Award and $500 Cash Scholarship in 2008 was established. It was earned by a Senior Basic HS Baseball Player
* As a Guest Speaker, this Award plus words and a few other Tokens were exchanged during the Basic HS Baseball Banquets
* Dave Bechtel was a teacher colleague of mine, during my time at Las Vegas HS. In early 2009, now Principal Bechtel of Basic HS at a ‘We the People’ Debate, confided with my wife and me about issues with the Head Baseball Coach. Our opinions were sought concerning these issues. After a short time, the Head Baseball Coach was dismissed, and another Head Baseball Coach was hired for the 2008-09 Baseball Season.
* Starting in 2010, I was a yearly Guest Speaker for Mr. Niewenski’s ‘We the People’ Class at Basic HS. Topics included, Choices, Consequences and the story of ‘TAKE 5’.
* Scott Baker was hired as the Basic HS Head Baseball Coach for the 2010-11 school year. My 1st meeting with Scott Baker was in the Spring of 2011. He agreed to continue with the Nick Feher Memorial Award and also accepted my annual additional check donation for the Basic HS Baseball Program, which began in 2009.
* As a Booster, the House of Nick Feher hosted 2 end of the season gatherings for Scott Baker, his assistant coaches, and the Basic HS Varsity Baseball Team after the 2013 & 2014 seasons.
* In the late winter of 2015, Principal Bechtel of Basic HS granted permission for me to perform a ‘TAKE 5’ program for part of the Freshman Class. Teacher Jackie Gould in a Letter of Acknowledgment wrote, “The presentation was very dynamic and focused. I think George’s plans are great. The kids think that he’s a Rock Star”.
My history with Basic HS speaks for itself. However, questions about the behaviors and actions taken by Principal Becthel remain unanswered. He sought my advice in 2009 concerning his head baseball coach. When I questioned Principal Becthel in writing about the legalities of the Basic HS Baseball Program in the spring of 2015, he chose to obstruct my questions by not complying with the Policies and Regulations of the CCSD. This Obstruction and Negligence as an employee of the CCSD plus the Obstruction and Negligence of the Defendants since that time has contributed to the filing of this lawsuit.
It must also be noted your Honor, that regardless of the outcome of this case and as stated in an ‘Official Notice’ emailed to the Attorney for the Defendants, the Plaintiff will be seeking answers for unanswered questions from the Nevada Attorney General and the Nevada State Police about possible Criminal Activities concerning the CCSD with Scott Baker and the Southern Nevada Blue Sox.
It will be my Civic and Community duty as a Taxpayer to present evidence for others to decide that, ‘if proof of the legal CCSD Public Records does not exist’, did Scott Baker and the SNBS operate illegally on the campus of Basic Academy/HS with the use of Taxpayers’ money? For without the proper CCSD Public Records, this is a violation of CCSD Policies and Regulations. As a violation of CCSD Policies and Regulations, the business operations of Scott Baker and the SNBS on the campus of Basic Academy/HS can also be perceived as a violation of the Nevada Revised Statutes, which governs Public Schools in the State of Nevada. If violations occurred within the CCSD Policies and Regulations and the NRS, then possible criminal activities have occurred.
One final question remains. ‘Why is the CCSD using Taxpayers’ Money to defend and harbor a private business the Scott Baker and the Southern Nevada Blue Sox on the campus of Basic Academy/HS, that is not an employee of the CCSD, buts earns over $100,000 annually on Taxpayers’ money and is perceived by the Taxpayers in the Basic HS Zone as being a Bully Operation that is based on Discrimination, plus is Unethical, Immoral, and possibly Illegal?
In closing your Honor, as a Taxpayer, this relationship between the CCSD with Scott Baker and the Southern Nevada Blue Sox has resulted in damages to the Plaintiff. Plus, damages have also occurred to the past and current youth and potential baseball players and/or their families that reside in the Basic Academy/HS Zone. If left unabated, damages to the future youth and potential baseball players and/or their families that reside in the Basic Academy HS/ Zone will continue.
With all the facts, evidence and unanswered questions presented to the Court in this case, the Plaintiff requests an immediate Temporary Injunction preventing Scott Baker and the Southern Nevada Blue Sox from operating on the campus of Basic Academy/HS until a hearing for a Permanent Injunction can be scheduled.

EN—THE EMAIL TO MY CIRCLE OF ENERGY CONTINUES
Slotted in the 4th Position, Extra Innings went swiftly by. After the Bench played their BUTTS off with the Fuel supplied by My Circle of Energy, the Attorney for the CCSD Defendants commented. She said that the investigation of ‘Criminal Activities’ by the County and State would be welcomed by the CCSD, for no Criminal Activities have ever existed. She claimed that all the legal paperwork was in order according to the evidence that was submitted by MA&2B for the case. She concluded with mentions of the CCSD Motion to Dismiss for MA&2B lacked ‘Legal Standings’ in this case.
After thanking us for a ‘Great Game’, Judge Joe Hardy Jr then rendered his RULING WITHOUT PREJUDICE. (Without Prejudice means, the Lawsuit could be refiled at a future date to meet the ‘Legal Standings’ of the Court.) After scanning his Rule Book, and according to his ‘Code of Conduct’, the Motion to Dismiss was granted to the CCSD Defendants. Legal filings were to be prepared by the CCSD Defense Team for my signature. My THANKS were given to Judge Joe Hardy Jr before leaving the Courtroom, for a Result was rendered, opening up another ‘Road Not Taken’.
The CCSD Attorney and I shared our thoughts on the case outside the Courtroom and during the elevator ride from the 11th floor. Each of us got a few jabs and punches in, but her jabs and punches were part of her job and delivered with no feelings or meanings. My jabs and punches were delivered with TRUTH & HONOR that was supplied by the Fuel created by My Circle of Energy. Only the other judges outside and in the elevator would be able to score objectively the ‘Verbal Onslaught’.
After a few stops to pick-up additional judges, for the flight to the first floor, the Verbal Onslaught shifted gears as we walked to the lobby. The soon to be drawn-up legal papers were discussed. The CCSD Litigator claimed since Umpire Joe Jr ruled for the CCSD, MA&2B would be responsible for the legal fees of the CCSD. She did say that in some cases, Judges could waive the fees. As the Litigator for the CCSD, an Offer was presented to MA&2B. If MA&2B agreed not to file any future litigation concerning this matter in the District Court, the CCSD Legal Team would waive the fees.
During the ‘Verbal Onslaught’ as the jabs and punches were being delivered, the CCSD Attorney was verbally reassured about the future plans for MA&2B and the legalities of Scott Baker and the SNBS. When hit by my ‘Verbal Onslaught’ about the missing and falsified CCSD Public Records granting the ‘Legal Right’ for Scott Baker and the SNBS to operate on the campus of Basic Academy/HS, the CCSD Litigator delivered a slight verbal jab back. She claimed that Scott Baker and the SNBS were operating legally as a 501(c) Nonprofit Organization. MA&2B counter-punched a Blow with TRUTH and HONOR with the words, ‘According to the State of Nevada public records, Scott Baker and the SNBS had their Nonprofit Organization status revoked some years ago by the State of Nevada’.
While realizing that my ‘Day in Court’ had produced a Gem Result with little or no chance of refiling another Temporary/Permanent Injunction Game with the CCSD, MA&2B verbally decided to take the ‘Offer’. As we walked out the Gates of Laws, my words continued to flow with, ‘It was not ever about the money. It has always been about the KIDS’. The CCSD Litigator then SMILED and said, ‘I KNOW’.
Unlike Athletic Games and other Games of Skill, in LIFE there are No Winners and No Losers but only Results. The Results that were showered, jabbed, and punched upon MA&2B during my Game with the CCSD were filled with Blessings and Gifts. With the Fuel created by My Circle of Energy and other Forces, the Law Firm of One-BUTT with extremely limited ‘Legal Experience’ from West Aliquippa, Pa went deep into Extra Innings with the CCSD, the 5th Largest School District in the USA. The Ruling ‘Without Prejudice’ by Ump Joe Jr was a signal that the Lawsuit did have Merit, but the ‘CLOSER’ was unable to hit the ‘Strike Zone’ consistently as declared by the Laws of Nevada. After over 7 months, other Blessings included,
* There are those who are willing to HELP Worthy Causes and there are the others.
* The Boundaries of the IMAGINATION of MA&2B were stretched as the Quest For the Truth of My Insanity played with the vast UNKNOWN.
* By Granting a RULING ‘Without Prejudice’, Judge Joe Hardy Jr found Merit in the case, but My Team of RIGHT did not reflect those Merits. However, a Legal Blueprint has been created for any Team to File a Lawsuit in this matter, if their Team reflects those Merits.
* Upon the return to the Dream Home today after Extra Innings, Nick Hummingbird was perched on the Texas A&M Chime with a ‘Tip of his Cap’.
* Since Writing is a Hobby/Passion, Legal Writing has been added to the toolbox. Plus, with all the Writings to My Circle of Energy, another ‘TAKE 5’ Story will be published on Facebook and my website.
With that said, more Hobby/Passion waits to be created as the Quest For the Truth of My Insanity now moves to other Roads Not Taken. Since MA&2B has Officially Been ‘Knocked Out’ of the CCSD Game, perhaps it is TIME to share my ‘Scouting Report’ with other possible ‘Worthy Opponents’ for the CCSD. The CCSD Litigator did ‘Welcome All Legal Challenges/Investigations’ in the Courtroom today concerning Scott Baker and the SNBS. Thanks to the CCSD Litigator, another ‘Worthy Opponent’ has been added to the short list.
When TIME & Forces collide, the Scouting Report with evidence discovered and submitted for the CCSD Game in the Eight District Court, Clark County Nevada along with any new discoveries will be delivered to, the Nevada Attorney State General Office, the Nevada State Police Department, the District Attorney’s Office in Clark County, and the Henderson City Attorney.
According to the NRS, there is no statutory limitations for ‘White Collar Crime’. For a Bonus Opponent, the Nevada IRS will be contacted about the Nonprofit Status of Scott Baker and the SNBS. As a Nonprofit, his Tax Records are Public Records. Plus, the IRS may be interested in evaluating the tax status of Scott Baker and the SNBS. It is estimated that Scott Baker and the SNBS earns over $125,000 a year. When one adds all the years since 2010-11, the total exceeds well over $1,000,000.
Until more developments occur, please take my THANKS, for My Circle of Energy deserves a ‘Well-Earned’ Resting Phase. For the Pendulum of LIFE will be swung back your way when more Fuel is called that will be required for the Quest For the Truth of My Insanity. Out in the near UNKNOWN hanging from the UNKNOWN Tree like chads, are Public Documents from the City of Henderson waiting to be plucked.
These Public Documents indicate that Basic High School Baseball under Scott Baker during seasons of his ‘Bully Operation’ has been reserving and utilizing the City of Henderson Baseball Fields for FREE during the NIAA Official Off-Season. According to the NIAA website, unless a NIAA School receives permission in writing from the NIAA to practice or play in games during the Official Off-Season, this would be a NIAA violation. These possible NIAA violations may or may not impact the two Nevada State Baseball Titles hanging in the office of the ‘Bully’.
Coach Jack always said, ‘Have a plan. Have a Back-up Plan. Have a Back-up Plan for the Back-Up Plan. Have a Back-up Plan for the Back-up Plan for the Back-up Plan, etc. One cannot ever have enough Plans’.

As DNL #15 comes to a close and if your IMAGINATION is reading these words, please accept my THANKS for your Energies that will be used as Fuel as the Quest for the Truth of My Insanity continues. My Quest in My Fishbowl will now seek other harbors. Many unanswered questions remain and answers in writing will be sought.
The CCSD gained a Ruling to Dismiss in the Civil Court. However, it was brought for a price called, ‘Without Prejudice’. Judge Joe Hardy Jr found Merit in the Complaint against the CCSD. However, it was Ruled that ‘TAKE 5’ was not the RIGHT Messenger/Participant for that particular CCSD Game of Temporary/Permanent Injunction. Though ‘TAKE 5’ has verbally agreed not to play in any future CCSD Games in Civil Court, newly discovered information is clouding the decision.
As of this writing, Legal Documents with the CCSD wait to be signed. A Roll of the Dice with Judge Joe Hardy Jr to waive the CCSD court fees has to be considered. The CCSD did use Taxpayers’ money including the Tax Money of ‘TAKE 5’ to defend their relationship with Scott Baker and the SNBS. ‘TAKE 5’ encourages those that have ‘Suffered Damages’ by the relationship of the CCSD with Scott Baker and the SNBS on the campus of Basic Academy/HS to file a lawsuit of Civil Damages against the CCSD using the Blueprint of ‘TAKE 5’. These Damages include,
* Discrimination–A family member residing in the Basic Academy/HS Zone was forced to attend another CCSD high school for an EQUAL OPPORTUNITY to play high school baseball, so as not having to pay the Scott Baker ‘Bully Fees’.
* Discrimination—A family member because of the Social Economic Dynamics of their family could not afford to pay the Scott Baker ‘Bully Fees’ for an EQUAL OPPORTUNITY to play high school baseball at Basic Academy/HS.
* Discrimination—A family member from the families of ‘Common Sense’ who refused to pay the Scott Baker ‘Bully Fees’ because this Bully Operation did not reflect the Morals and Values of the Families of ‘Common Sense’. Plus, unless the proper legal CCSD Documents surface, Scott Baker and the SNBS are operating ILLEGALLY and without the proper business licenses.
Find the COURAGE and write a letter/email to the Principal at Basic Academy/HS with your concerns, questions, and Damages about Scott Baker and the SNBS. Include the following,
* Your Family perceives this as a ‘Bully Operation’, which is a Pay To Play Extortion Scheme and this is a Discriminatory Operation. According to the NRS & the CCSD Policies, all 3 Reasons are a Violation.
* Where is it stated in the CCSD Policies that a student/athlete must pay a ‘Bully Fee’ for an Equal Opportunity to play a sport in the CCSD?
* What other sports at Basic Academy/HS charge the same ‘Bully Fees’ for an Equal Opportunity to play that sport?
CCSD policies state that a response should be returned by the Principal. If an initial response by the Principle is not offered, this will be a violation of CCSD Policies and Regulations. In legal terms, this is Obstruction and Negligence.
If a response is given that does not agree with your ‘GUT’, then send back a rebuttal. The Game of Volley will eventually come to an end. If the Principal ends the Game without an agreement with your ‘GUT’, write to, or attend the next Principal Parent Advisory Committee at Basic Academy/HS and voice your concerns. Just ask, ‘How many of you in this room would pay ‘Bully Fees’ between $21,000-$30,000 over 4 years for your son to have the opportunity to play baseball at Basic Academy/HS? Why are these ‘Bully Fees’ not charged by other sports on campus?
Be prepared with all of your info and seek Legal Counsel that shares the same Energy with you, and is willing to represent your case on ‘Contingency’. The Legal will be paid only if Damages are proved with Relief. Out of pocket costs for the ‘TAKE 5’ CCSD Lawsuit was about $300-$400. Families under certain income levels can apply for Legal Aid from different Organizations in Clark County. The amount of Relief that is sought should equal the Damages occurred, especially for ‘Pain & Suffering’ including Monetary, Physical, Emotional, Mental, Spiritual and Sexual Pain. Most cases with Damages usually request Relief for $25,000 or more. Remember, if the CCSD attempts to inflict Unfair Retributions on your school aged children and/or family during or after this process, add it to your Lawsuit.
‘TAKE 5’ until told otherwise, believes that the Ruling Without Prejudice by Judge Joe Hardy Jr would have been altered if Team RIGHT had filed it under ‘Civil Damages’ and not a Temporary/Permanent Injunction. While the Civil Lawsuit against the CCSD waits to be officially scored in the Law Records, ‘TAKE 5’ will now set sail for other Ports of Call for the Quest For the Truth of My Insanity. But first, more Public Documents will be requested from the CCSD.
The CCSD Litigator verbally claimed that Scott Baker and the SNBS are operating as a 501(c) Nonprofit Organization. The CCSD Public Record Department claimed in writing that all CCSD Public Records naming Scott Baker and Scott Baker and the SNBS has been emailed to ‘TAKE 5’. Since a copy of Scott Baker and the SNBS 501(c) Nonprofit Organization was not included, another request for that specific document will be requested.
Nevada State Public Records show that the Nonprofit Organization status of Scott Baker and the SNBS was revoked a few years ago. If so, is each Nonprofit Organization status the same at the Federal and State level, or is each different? CCSD Public Documents can either confirm or not confirm. Perhaps, or Perhaps Not, the Missing CCSD Public Records for 2010-11, 2011-12, 2012-13, 2013-14, 2014-15 will surface. Other Scott Baker and the SNBS CCSD Public Documents indicate possible falsified information to gain financial benefits at the expense of Taxpayers’ money. With the CCSD Public Records or Absent CCSD Legal Public Records, the Quest will deliver to other Public Agencies the Scouting Report of ‘TAKE 5’.
With or without the Scott Baker and the SNBS 501(c) Nonprofit Organization documents, the Nevada IRS will also be a Port of Call. For as a Taxpayer, it will be the Civic & Community of ‘TAKE 5’ to alert the Nevada IRS to insure that the proper federal income and federal taxes are being reported and paid by Scott Baker & the SNBS. Especially, since it is estimated that Scott Baker and the SNBS earn over $125,000 per year or over $1,000,000 since 2010-11 school year to the present on Taxpayers’ property.
